I absolutely adore this place!!!
Always a staple stop for whenever I bring company into Banbury. The menu is versatile to fit your savory needs or if you have a hankering sweet tooth. The coffee by far is some of the best I've ever had in England and their gelato (did I mention they do gelato shakes?!?!) is nothing short of fabulous. The cherry on top, is their perpetual sterling customer service. I can honestly say there isn't a time I haven't enjoyed my visit here or left feeling dissatified.

Little Amsterdam is incredible! This family run independent business is simply brilliant. They cater for any dietary requirements. My wife for example is gluten free/ vegan and she absolutely adores the food they cook from fresh. Their customer experience is five star. You are greeted with such a warm ambience whilst enjoying top quality food in an idyllic location. Would recommend to everyone!!
Amazing savoury pancakes with very generous, fresh toppings. Can't recommend this place enough, the decor is so cosy and inviting and the staff are really friendly. A lovely, welcoming place to eat.

As a Dutchie living in the UK, I sometimes miss the Dutch food. When I found out about Little Amsterdam I had to pay a visit. This Saturday I visited Little Amsterdam with my family. We had a fabulous time, with delicious food and a gezellige Dutch chat with owner Ilja. It felt as if we were at home without hours of traveling. I can recommend everyone to try Dutch food in this lovely restaurant.
I surprise all my friends by introducing them to this lovely family run restaurant. It has everything: a cosy, beautiful, warm ambience; friendly staff; great owner who chats to her customers like she's known you already; you never feel like you're being rushed out the door, kind attention to your dietary requirements and that touch of being in Amsterdam. A must visit if you visit our lovely historic town.
I went today after enquiring about the vegan options. Well if you like pancakes you are in luck.....I had a great meal and an even better dessert. And all Vegan!! Oh and before I forget, super helpful staff too.
Have visited twice in the past month, even though we live in Leicester! Absolutely love this place, can't fault them at all. Fantastic food, service, and so accommodating for children with a little indoor play area and great kids menu. The staff are so lovely and friendly. So refreshing that they were really helpful and accommodating for different food allergies and requirements too. And the icing on the cake yesterday was their fantastic breastfeeding policy - I received a complimentary herbal tea as they saw I was breastfeeding my daughter. Thank you so much!!
This is the best little restaurant for miles around the food is amazing and the staff are so polite and relaxed. You'll walk away feeling very satisfied

Oh my God! To die for........I went for sweet (although they have savoury too!) Bonoffee Waffles with Chantilly Cream and a Cappuccino with a vanilla shot.........awesome! I will be there again believe me........
Fantastic choice of pancakes. Really impressed by how geared up the staff are to accommodate dietry requirements. So nice to enjoy a gluten and dairy free meal that is delicious!

Drove for just over 2 hours with my partner to visit this place as he is Dutch and has been trying to find proper frikandel since moving here over a year ago. It was definitely worth the trip - he was not disappointed!! He ordered a few portions and a fristi to make up for the loss. I had Gouda croquettes and a homemade Dutch style pancake for dessert. Delicious. The staff and owners are so friendly and welcoming too.

Although the place has been in town for quite some time now, I only happened to visit this weekend. Great ambience, and great service. I can't appreciate the food enough - A perfect blend of flavours, it was such a delight.
Definitely going to visit more often and try the rest of the items. 🙌🏼
First time visiting. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was very nice. Didn't have to wait long. Asked for sauce in a pot rather than on food, no problems. Asked for a take away pot for my left overs, no problems. Will definitely return.
Amazing dinner - on SlimmingWorld and so difficult to find places that offer healthy options but this place absolutely hit the spot. My friend is veggie and was blown away by the amount of choice. I’m not, but actively chose the Quinoa starter because it sounded (and was) so yummy. Service was on point, thank you Lloyd you looked after us super well, can’t criticise anything.
Have tonight discovered Grasshoppers - may now be my favourite cocktail. Def worth a try.
Great place for breakfast or brunch! We were the only ones there on a Friday morning (we were there around 10 am). The waiter was very friendly and the service was fast. This restaurant is also dog friendly! They brought out dog a bowl of water before we could ask. So nice!
Have come here for a Saturday breakfast and an evening meal during the week. We were very happy with everything and will be going back. It wasn’t unforgettable but it was certainly really good. I understand the comments about slow service and whilst it wasn’t quick it wasn’t to the point that it bothered us. Planning our next visit :)

The staff were lovely and welcoming and very friendly. If you're ever in Banbury it's worth a visit.
Good place if you like fine cuisine. We get a table on a Friday night with no booking but I think it is better to book during weekends. You have plenty of time to entertain your partner, the appetizers are not "while you wait" so order them only if you foresee a long discussion.. you can choose between different kinds of food. Plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans.
Walked in after hearing some good reviews. Was concerned they wouldn’t allow my little miniature pinscher with me. They were so accommodating and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Definitely will be back again
Three of us went in for brunch today. The atmosphere in the place is lovely, very welcoming and calm. We were seated promptly even though we didn't have reservations. My wife and daughter both had the full English, and I opted for the Brioche French Toast. The drinks arrived in good time, and the food was freshly prepared. The fresh fruit on the French toast was amazing as was the French toast itself. I also got to sample the sausage and bacon from the two ladies' breakfasts and that was amazing, also. We will definitely be going back.
We had our wedding anniversary dinner here and had a lovely night. The food was amazing - the best duck my husband has had and the fishcake starter was fabulous. The wine list is impressive, I enjoyed my favourite Wente. The service was great - attentive and very genuine. The chef came to talk to us which was a great touch and we will definitely be back!! Thank you 3 Flavours😊
