First time visiting for family meal of six . Easy to find , lovely decor and ambiance. Lovely presentation of food and dessert , we ordered a mix from both menus between us , the food was lovely and hot and well presented . We were waited on by Abby M who represented the establishment well serving
I had a 'light lunch ' meal which was very filling and good value. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Lovely calm atmosphere. Beautiful flowers all around the outside of the pub. A pleasant outside area to eat or drink in.
Quite secluded village with this amazing pub in the centre! Came here for an afternoon meal and was not disappointed. Staff are polite and always there to help. Ordered the soup which was beautifully made nice and creamy, and the lamb was cooked to perfection 10/10. Would highly recommend and will b
Beautiful food , lovely friendly staff and a beautiful place to sit and have lunch, we travelled from hinckley to eat here and we were not disappointed, a great pub.
We were visiting in Banbury when a neighbor recommended this pub. We had dinner here and we were delighted! We loved the atmosphere and the friendly service, and our dinners were excellent. We were impressed with the menu, which was created by award-winning chef Hylton Bradley, and the presentation
We had the sunday roast,it was good. My only criticism was, they put black pepper on the roast potatoes and vegetables. I personally don't like pepper. I wish they had told me when I ordered my food, I would of asked for no pepper.
Lovely village pub. Good food and service. Drinks tend to be pricey. The three course set menu is good value. Recommended
