First time at Jaypur. Lovely staff and fantastic food. Definitely recommend.
Last night we took our two children (7&5) for their first dinner at the Jaypur.... the staff were fantastic as always. My son requested ketchup with his popadums which wasn't a problem, my daughter just had a spare plate and tried everything that everyone else ordered. We felt at ease with taking them, infact our son has asked to go again. Best of all they make your curry slimming world friendly if you ask!

Always order take aways from here never had a bad one!! Came here for mine and my partners joint Hen and Stag do and the staff couldn't do any more than help us all out. Lovely xxx

I've lived in the area now for 40+ years and I've sampled all of the Indian restaurants and takeaways in and around Banburyshire, I have to say in my opinion the Jaypur Banbury is and always will be the best & most authentic Indian in the Area, there's lots of different dishes to chose from and the staff are always happy to help you choose a meal or even make something up a little different to suit your palette,
The chaps are ALWAYS happy, enthusiastic, polite, punctual, flexible, willing and actually more importantly very pleased to hear from / see you everytime you or your family visits, I always look forward to my food here and I wouldn't go anywhere else, so all the very best for the future and we will see you all soon x Mr & Mrs Reuben x
My fave is a Butter Chicken (Vindaloo Hot) with mushroom fried rice, banana spice, Peshwari naan and a lonnnnngggg glass of kingfisher is heaven x

The food arrived quite quick for the amount of customers that where eating/ had ordered.

Stopped by for a meal whilst travelling through Banbury on our narrowboat. So glad we did. The meal was first class and the service outstanding. Lovely restaurant.
Good value for money, that being said charging any more wouldn’t be. The quality is average, too much sauce in the curries and food is just generally lacking any fresh flavour. The quantity of food including freebees and low cost grants it a 4 star, but on quality and taste alone it would be a 3.
Took my girlfriend out for dinner here after I finished work. I had chicken tikka madras, she had butter chicken. The tikka madras was perfect, I can't complain at all! The flavour was intense and very spicy (as I like it) with the chicken cooked to perfection. Unfortunately my girlfriend was a bit disappointed, since the chicken was a wee bit chewy. Otherwise, we had a nice time.
Much improved since I last ate from here. All very good. Great value. Would advise you collect of you can.

We are regulars here. We have tried several starters here like tikka fish, chicken pakora, king prawn puree, Samosa. For main course we love duck tawa and king prawn tawa plain with garlic bread. We order a bottle of house white wine and bottle of cobra. Service is always excellent and friendly. You get value for money there.
As always the best tasting and best value curry in Banbury. Eat in, Take Away or delivered it's still the best value Curry in Banbury. I have been a customer of the Jaypur for around 33 years now - I don't ever remember being disappointed with either the food of the service.
