A nice sized portion of chips only downside the size of the scallops ( personally) I like a thin one so never ordered one really fancied one ๐

Have always got our fish @chips from here as there is more than enough for two from one and the staff are so friendly would never go anywhere else
I've been here several times over the last 5 years & I can only say it's 'consitantly excellent!' much to my surprise. It sets the standard for most of the rest to aim for. I'm a bit of a fish & chip shop coniser & rate it as good, all round, as the best I know of. On top of that their prices are often a bit lower.
What's to find fault with? Sometimes it's a bit difficult to park outside LOL.

First time I've used them as I'm new to the area and live a fair way out. Was not disappointed. Small cod and chips was more than enough ( I had Savaloy as well๐ฌ) and proper curry sauce. Ate half in a layby the rest of the cod still warm enough by the time I got home, refried chips for breakfast tomorrow as I'm stuffed. Spot on fresh and hot and plenty of it๐๐

Don't live in this area but when we're in it always make a visit and never been let down.
Had fish and chips from there yesterday 10th December and they were tasty I only asked for a mini fish with my chips, but even so there was a good amount of fish meat in the batter, which was crisp and light, I wasn't disappointed I ate every bit, as I normally leave the batter.
Great food specially fish & tips
Fast fast fast! Great food, huge cod and plentiful too. At half six on a Friday night queued around the shop and was served within 10 minutes; that's fast food. Those girls were flying, friendly and professional. Cod was twice the normal size, a kilo of chips each too, and cheapest I've been happy to go to again. Fresh oil meant everything was cooked and crisp, no saturated mush here! Cash only, but cash machine three shops down. Plenty of parking. Loving my new local chippy.
The food was lovely really fresh and tasty huge portion more than pleased with price and my boys say that the girls serving are really lovely and very friendly ๐
Definitely recommend them and can't wait for next time.
