We were told there would be about 20-30 minutes wait on a burger, sandwich and topped fries, they arrived just after 30 minutes, this was at lunch so not many staff on so it's understandable.
The food was delicious and filling. Just a couple of complaints, the cheese on the burger was tasteless didn't seem to have any texture or anything it's almost like decoration. But that's probably the type of cheese they use they can't help that. Also the food was also warm, not hot, we didn't complain about it because we just didn't care we were really hungry and even warm it was still delicious.
Visited with my dad and stopped for some lunch. Was a bit thrown by the assertiveness of the bar staff. I was waiting for my dad while he was in the loo and she shouted over and asked if I was having a drink....erm yeah I'm just waiting for the guy who's paying.
Then when we ordered a drink she assumed we were eating. Very good on the sales front not so great for a customer like me who is anxious and doesn't deal well with pressure. I've not let this affect the score given because in the grand scheme of things not an issue. 1
Not everything was available from the menu - they were awaiting a delivery - but they went to a lot of trouble to adapt an alternative meal to suit my tastes. Reasonable choice of beers, hot food and friendly staff.
Popped in here or a burger and a beer on Sunday. The food was very good as was the service. We will definitely eat here again. Great value for money and friendly staff.
Very friendly staff, the bar has a relxed feel. Ive eaten there with my daughter. Also have been there on a Saturday night drink with friends.
Great urban pub. Seems to be having staffing issues but one fantastic lady working her cute backside off to keep everything running.

Nice pub in the center of Banbury, they show all the sports, bt and sky. When I was there Saturday afternoon and early evening it wasn't that busy and the service was fast and friendly.
Very filthy. Water dropping from the ceiling in the middle of the pub and I think it's pis from the toilets upstairs. How you can eat food.five stars for filth
A place to watch sport on the tvs in the pub and you can relax outside in the sun listening to music provided by the pub staff. Great place to be .

I went here for lunch and the food was hot and tasty at a reasonable price and staff were very friendly and helpful.
I can't remeber the last time I laughed so much whilst placing my order at a bar. Lovely place to enjoy the sun.
Good food, good service, good value for lunch (2 meals with drinks £18) - you get what you see.
