Review Indian Garden - Banff

Struggling to find a wedding caterer locally Mashud helped us out enormously by providing a take-out for seventy. Huge pots of delicious food were prepared on time for pick-up. There was plenty to feed the daytime guests and to serve up again for those attending in the evening. We really couldn't have eaten so well at the price any other way.

Yummy yummy that was a very nice curry. The chicken was cooked perfectly with so much flavour. The naan was just how I like them and the bombay Aloo were fantastic. The meals are beautifully decorated with little radish flowers and all cooked perfect. 🌶️🐔😋

Usually visit this takeaway when up in Banff, good value for money food,and lots of nice dips with your Curry's. Would recommend. Mark.

Being from Leicester, no stranger to curry, it’s especially interesting when we find a restaurant with dishes I’ve not tried. Good portions, especially the chilli paneer. A lovely find off the main road relaxed atmosphere friendly staff.

I didn’t know I had to travel all the way from Canada to Banff UK to eat the best Indian food EVER!! A memorable meal to be sure!

Great food , great service, great prices, would highly recommend. Haven't been here for a couple of years ( covid and life ) , went there tonight 9-06-23, the whole experience was as good as we remembered if not slightly better, one of the best Indian restaurants my wife and I have ever been to

We ordered a Chefs special set meal for 2 people and were able to choose 2 starters, 2 main meals, 3 sundries and had a salad, a chutney set and 2 popadoms included for a takeaway. Food was well packed in a bag and tasted absolut lovely. We came all the way up from germany to Banff for a week and really injoyed this meal! Keep up the good work!

Got takeaway from here and it was lovely. I went for chicken Rogan Josh and Veg Rice. Very accomodating and informative about dairy free and egg free options too. Perfect, would highly recommend.

Usual place for Indian takeout. Would recommend the set meal with the onion Baji, chicken pakora, chicken amly, A medium dish, rice,chips and peshwari naan.

Very comfortable and clean environment. Staff were welcoming and as attentive as necessary during our early evening dinner. Good menu with ample variety of choice. Food was cooked to perfection and well presented. Prices were in line with elsewhere. I wished that we lived less than 250 miles away as I'd like to be a regular visitor rather than just a holiday maker. I don't do many reviews but this place is worth the effort. It's too good to miss.

Food was wonderful we couldn't fault it, however service was a tiny bit off, we had to repeat ourselves a few times before they understood what we were ordering as my other half was sharing with her son, they didn't understand that and kept asking what he wanted. Missed a couple of drinks off but it was down corrected

Spent a quiet Wednesday evening here with colleagues. Staff very freindly and food was great!

The food was excellent, the nan bread especially so light and perfectly cooked definitely will be visiting again.

We have a business in Banff and stay regularly. Recently we ate here because most places close quite early and after a full day we really needed a wind down. We may have stumbled on this by accident but in future it will be our eatery of choice. The staff were great, friendly and accommodating and the food was just absolutely spot on. An excellent curry house, looking forward to our next trip.

We've ordered from here a few times and it has been consistently good food. For those of us who can't handle chilli, the mild dishes are actually mild but still with lots of flavour. I love curry, I just can't manage heat. For others who like heat, they were not disappointed. The Vindaloo hit the spot, with lots of flavour too. Very friendly staff too.
