The staff are very friendly and helpful, even 'though they were very short staffed due to illness when we visited.
Access to the cafe itself is tricky for some disabled people, as it is up half a dozen steps.
Spacious but cosy restaurant in Bangor. Very diverse and interesting menu, it was difficult to pick one meal... we stopped by around midday and tried a bit of everything from the brunch/breakfast menu. Every dish was delicious and fulfilling, good combination of tastes and lovely presentation.

We went in for the fun decor, stayed for the atmosphere, and will absolutely be going back for the food. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were there for brunch (lounge eggs and pancakes), but would love to get drinks sometime in the evening as it's a place that feels really safe and inclusive.
Fantastic ambiance, we came for new years even and had a wonderful time. The crowd was great - not rowdy as the situation was outside. We enjoyed fantastic food, everything was delicious. A GREAT pint, the staff are VERY friendly and helpful, EXCELLENT customer service, nice relaxing atmosphere. My only very minor criticism is whilst waiting at the bar for a drink, there has been several occasions when there is a lack of staff on.
