As per your reply: there is only one thing you can do as a business to make it better. Apologize for the inconvenience and not attack your customer. Our review is not an attack, it’s simply a reply after not getting much but attitude from you. Scolding your customer when they politely call and state “hey I’m sorry it looks like the fish I received is raw, could I maybe get a refund?” And then telling them that they are wrong and don’t know what they’re talking about, is just not right. Happy thanksgiving. The other businesses we patron at in Bangor, and there are many, all have done nothing but be friendly and we continue the good relationships we have. My husband called to inform them that our fish was raw so we’d just like a refund on that one item. After first informing my husband what raw fish actually looks like and that we’re wrong, then yelling to consult with the chef what fish they actually used, (mahi? Snapper? They weren’t sure) they then said that they can only give us a cash refund if we come back into the restaurant. This place has our credit card information from this order, and we’ve ordered numerous times and they still made this for some reason difficult, gave a lot of attitude, over $16 tacos that I couldn’t eat without getting sick. Every now and then we spend at least $50 at the pub to order a meal, tip generously at least 20% and 100% of the time something is wrong. We’ve never be called, never complained, never left a review. The attitude is absolutely unacceptable. It is clear you don’t take customer service very seriously. During this difficult time we try to support our local businesses and be kind, forgetful when it comes to little things and mishaps because we are in a very tough time, but after numerous chances and your continuous nasty attitude, we will no longer patron at your business. 3rd photo (because you were stern on teaching us what raw fish is) is me holding a cooked piece of fish next to a raw piece of fish. The raw one is pink, rubbery, slimy, and stone cold in the middle

The best local pub. All the servers are fantastic and quick. Wings are a generous portion for the money. Fish tacos are also a favorite to order. I never had a bad experience here and I am very happy they were able to weather the pandemic when others didn't. The vintage fans and bar add to the great local atmosphere.

Wings! Must try - made just right. Tender and juicy on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside. Small town pub feel with very good food. A locals vibe, meaning this is where the people who live nearby eat/drink. Not just a drinking bar either - plenty of families dining in and although the quantity of food is limited, the quality is high. Good beer selection - not going to find rare beer on draft or anything but a nice variety, that should be sufficient for the average beer drinker. This is not a cheap dive bar.

Food was great and I love the new menu items. The service was great and the staff was very nice and even the entertainment was great and very considerate about the fact that we were there with our kids. We didn't make him do any different songs because of profanity but it was awesome he asked us. Definitely will be going back again.

Great food ! I had the Broadway Smash Burger and it was beautifully prepared. They have really good chicken fingers and honey mustard too! It was slow when we went, but all.of Bangor seemed empty on the Memorial Day Weekend. All of our food came out nice and hot and tasted great.. Only thing I noticed that was off putting was the amount of dust buildup where yhe air came out of the AC. That dust can fall into the food. But every restaurant I've ever been in that was in an old building had at least one neglected spot like this.
