The Bearded Goat - Bangor - Photo album

Heard about this cafe so we decided to give it a try. It’s a small space with 3 tables but we got one of them. Menu is also small and most on offer is on sourdough bread. We both had a sandwich and while they were good I found mine too salty. A glass of water would have been nice but it was not offe
The tastiest brunch I've had in Bangor so far. Quite a small wee place tho so you may need to queue at busier times. But it's 10/10 worth the wait!
One of the best coffee shops in North Down for sure. Excellent coffee and food, great atmosphere and interesting decor. They also sell really high quality beans and some coffee paraphernalia for home usage and will grind them for you on-site. I only wish there were more seats as this is a very pop
absolutely gorgeous food, lovely atmosphere, the staff were really friendly and helpful! the coffee was also of very good quality - would recommend over and over! also lots of really good veggie options as well!
Lovely place - easily the best place for coffee for some distance - food menu is genuinely creative and top quality - lovely team and love that this is our new local. So so good - other cafes aren’t even close.
As close to a Gourmet breakfast. Toasted sourdough with salmon and poached eggs and I borrowed a thick slice of bacon from my dining buddy. Fabulous food. Smiling service. Great location. Bangor keeps adding these little golden nuggets of eateries. And, everyone had a beard, men only of course. It’s
This place is insane! The food is to die for, the staff are super friendly cool and the ambiance is electric!!! Music is perfect too!!! Definitely the best casual dining café with Personality in Northern Ireland!
The food in here is just so good. Can't beat the flavour combo on the WKA, great high quality ingredients and friendly staff, feels comfy to sit in for a while with a book and a coffee. Great selection of buns too, coffee is lovely and it's hard not to get a second! Prices are great for what you get
Tiny little cafe with an adventurous menu and great coffee. The Bao breakfast was not entirely to my taste but was well presented and good quality ingredients.
Such a lovely place, good food and even better company. Was there yesterday after getting some very bad news about louie Walsh. The staff were very friendly and I eventually opened up about how me and louie are taking a break, ofc there was tears and I was given tissues very kind. For now I just hav
Lovely place but has only 4 tables. So if you want breakkie on a Sunday morning, make sure to get there early 😉
First time being here, small cafe but lovely atmosphere the food was delicious. Interesting menu would highly recommend 👌
Stopped in for a coffee and couldn't help but order some food. Lovely friendly welcome and service. Coffee was fantastic and the food delicious. Generous portions and beautifully presented. Will definitely be back. Many times.
We stumbled upon the Bearded Goat having walked into Bangor. The coffee is delicious and the food menu a little different to your standard cafe but in a great way. As a marmite lover, I took the Love it or Hate it, which was mouth watering. My girlfriend had Skinheads on a raft which she loved too.
I don’t post many reviews but I had to for this place. Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had. A hidden gem. Highly recommended.
Recommended by Gillian, our local Airbnb host. Can’t rave about the food enough! Amazing!! Real creativity and flair coupled with some staple menu items, could this be the best breakie and coffee spot in Bangor? ‘Ya Filthy Animal’ — say no more. 🥰
Fab brunch at The Bearded Goat - delicious sourdough brunch, homemade tray bakes, super coffee+ delightful service! Def a must when in Bangor just off the seafront.
Best cafe in Bangor hands down. Lovely little micro culture. Super friendly staff and a creative menu that never fails to impress 💞
