Recently reopened under new management and it's 5* from me. Really lovely chap runs it. Absolutely delicious fish and chips and considering the cost of fish and chips nowadays his prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended

Top quality fish bar. Their cheesy chips are to die for. Shop nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. All in all glad we visited and happy to give it 5 out of 5. Try their food, you won't be disappointed.
Freshly cooked fish, great selection. Was busy but it was Friday. I like the buzzer system so you can wait outside without worrying your food will sit on a counter getting soggy. The cod roe was intriguing but now I know to avoid as its from a can and tasteless.

Today I had the large fish and chips and my daughter actually asked if I was having shark and chips as it was so big!!

Superb!!! Easily as good as Winscombe chippy if not slightly better, without the queue. Fish and chips was perfectly cooked batter proper crunchy. And served in a box and not soggy paper. 10/10
Just had our meal delivered from Stanley’s, everything is cooked fresh and delivered hot , and it’s all wrapped individually . Tonight we had chicken burgers for a change as we have had the sausages/cod/roe etc and my husband can be bit fussy with relish etc but gave these 10/10 so praise indeed .. thank you for a lovely dinner
Our new favourite fish & chip shop. So far we've only tried cod & chips - but it was absolutely delicious. My son said the chips should get 6 stars.
Nice clean 'Chippy'. Recommend park in car park opposite the school so not to obstruct the already narrow street. We did need 10 mins in the oven to reheat, but we were 15 min drive to get back to our caravan. Recommend.
Fantastic fish and chips, amazing chicken burger with plenty of salad. If we lived closer we would be regulars!

I drove past this chip shop whilst on a job locally. The presentation lured me back the staff are super friendly and I would travel 50 miles from newport to eat here again. Proper tradional chip shop. I'll be back 👍
Really good fish and chips. One thing they need to get right is the opening times on the web. Checked on the internet for opening times. Popped down at lunchtime for some fish and chips to find they are closed in the day.
