Patio in use as a tearoom in good weather. Specials Menu is very popular and good choice of drinks including afternoon tea. I enjoyed the beef and vegetable pasties with pickle followed by Victoria sponge. Tracey was friendly and helpful. Indoor toilet was a trek into the house with an internal step to negotiate with care.
