Visited for the Sunday Night Buffet, value for money is absolutely incredible! The food is good, nothing completely amazing but about the same quality you’d get as a takeaway but more options to choose from. They have a 5* health and safety rating which makes me feel much better, the building is crumbling and not the best but don’t let that put you off.

Why has it taken me this long to discover this place? First time today. Nicest Indian I’ve had for years! Great food at reasonable prices. Lamb chop & paneer tikka starters, chicken nawabi (Asian style hot) and chicken Roseann lal for main course, washed down with a pint of ice cold cobra! All beautiful.

We had the most amazing night for my dad's special birthday last week. It's his favourite restaurant and everything was just perfect. The food as always was delicious but what made the night exceptional was having the private room to ourselves for the surprise, freedom to put up a few decorations, presentation of the cake and the whole team couldn't do enough for us and made sure every one of the 26 guests were happy. I can't thank you enough for all your help and hard work. My dad had the best night so thank you, thank you, thank you!

Called in for a meal in the restaurant instead of our usual takeaway option,a few days ago.
Zaff and his team greeted us with the usual enthusiasm we've come to expect and know.
The beer was cold and and refreshing.
The food well what can I say utter perfection the starter fantastic
The main meal was absolutely out of this world.
In all the years we have been going to this family run restaurant from the days when you had to take your own alcohol right up to present day.
We have never had a bad meal the staff are always warm and friendly.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

makes the best desi style food in and around Barnsley/
they do stuff a bit more spicy as normal.
i prefer their meats and breads compared to their fish and rice items.
food is never bland.
I always collect my food so cannot comment on the atmosphere.
They seem to enjoy a certain patronage among locals and in the neighbourhood. I think they have space for small parties.

Don't let the exterior put you off, we nearly did but one of our friends is a regular and I'm glad we listened the food was absolutely amazing. One of the best curries I've had in ages, going back to try the buffet they do on a Sunday.
