For Sunday's dinner is very good 👍 😋 Personally, I want some fresh salad for that money 🙈 but, every one enjoys food 🙃 Thanks to the girl who gives us a plastic tray so we can take food for dogs. What we don't eat (left) 😉

Second time I have been here. We ordered from carvery and main menu and both were delicious. This is the best carvery for miles. Tender beef and fresh vegetables. (Not slop like that from the little jug man). Staff were friendly and pleasant. We will be back.

Had a lovely visit tonight. Had a carvery and it was very nice. Alison and Dale were great and very attentive. Always checked on us to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. Will definitely return!

We ordered everything using the app and was pleasantly surprised at how quick we received our drinks and carvery tickets. The queue for the carvery was quite long but we expected this on a Sunday afternoon, and only ended up waiting about 10 mins. The food was lovely, fresh and hot (only downside was no mint sauce!). Due to a mix up with the table seating we offered to move table, which we didn't mind as we had finished our main meal. Claire was great and offered us all a free drink for our troubles. We all had a lovely time and will be back soon.

Came for lunch on my way from a morning meeting. Decent carvery but the service is what makes a place. Was served by a red-head called Laura she was great and even capable of banter. Shame that they don't serve Ale anymore!

Food was delicious, however many things were not in stock when they were listed on the menu. The carvery was also currently not in use, which was disappointing. We had great service from a lovely lady called Katherine. She was very helpful to us. My daughter enjoyed the play area. Was also disappointed by the vinaigrette on the salad which wasn't a nice flavour.

Stopped by for breakfast while waiting for my car fixing. Claire was friendly and welcoming, she made sure I had everything I needed. Food was hot and fresh, relaxing music playing on radio (nice atmosphere for a stressful early morning, Thank you!

Came in yesterday for dinner with my partner. The carvery was really nice and the service was 5 star. Emma was very lovely and even took time to chat with us, a real credit to your establishment. She also recommended a cake away to us, which was made by Doris, this cake was sublime

The Griff

Our waitress was Rachel she was very helpful and attentive, she made our time there so much easier and pleasant. We had a great meal with great service. My partner got a bad cut of meat near the end and when she asked us if everything was ok she went and got a better cut of meat for us which made a real difference.

Came in for a carvery yesterday which was lovely. We were greeted by Alison who was very friendly and attentive. She checked in on us and stopped to have a chat. We come here regularly and are always made to feel welcome and always enjoy our visits. Thank you Alison and the team who were on last night.
