Best Indian ever eaten here lots of times every dish has been full of flavour and amazing definitely the best Indian in Barnsley :) would be better if they a restaurant too even a few tables
This place is fantastic it’s restaurant quality at a takeaway and I’m fussy asking for it cooking with no oil and it’s not a problem, I tell all my friends it’s the best one we’ve ever had x

Extremely consistent every time we go, nothing is too much trouble even if you want to tweak your dish. Always packed full of flavour and never underwhelming. No wonder the awards keep on coming!! 5*

These guys can cook! I have had three different dishes from them: signature, biryana & sag and they were some of the best Indian meals I have ever had. Can easily taste/see why they have won so many awards year on year.
Absolutely lovely. One of the best indian takeaways I ever had, 2nd best probably which is amazing. Very flavourful and you can taste the ingredients are fresh and good quality, really good. Half an hour drive from where I live, but definitely will be coming back, as it's worth it. Also the place seems really clean and the service is very professional and polite, 100% recommend. I ordered chicken tikka masala and garlic rice (garlic rice not on the menu but they still sell it).
We generally get takeout every other week,We love the Kashmiri chicken tikka sagg it’s just so tasty,The Bombay aloo is great too ,Nan and rice fab ,only slightly down Tarka dhal is a bit runny. Forgot to take a photo as I was too hungry 😉
Amazing takeaway with excellent range of dishes and friendly staff. Worth driving to and worth the wait. Been coming here for 13 years and love it still!
This is usually my favourite Indian in Barnsley however they no longer do lamb tikka which is sad as I don't really like eating non free range and I know the lamb is always pasture fed. Also my last meal wasn't as flavorful as usual. Hopefully it was just a blip.
Best curry in South Yorkshire. Beautiful so fresh and when I got it home didn’t have to reheat. Amazing flavours.

What a fantastic takeaway meal. Excellent onion bhaji starter with great salad and raita.
Chicken makhani was so flavoursome with really big pieces of succulent chicken breast. Pilaf rice to compliment. Excellent food.
Fit for a king! 🤤 I had to drive a bit to go get it which I’ve never done before, but I have always wondered why there were no really good curry places near to me. Now I know why: there’s no point trying to compete with this place. The waiting room was crammed with people who figured that out before I did. They seem really popular, congratulations to them. We’ll be back!
Absolutely fabulous Indian takeaway. The staff are always warm and welcoming. The food is authentic and more importantly consistently of a very high standard that will not disappoint. Their cookery courses are a great evening and allow you to (try and) recreate some of their wonderful dishes!
1st time we've tried little India after numerous recommendations and it didn't fail to delivery. Really lovely tasty curry. Flavoursome and delicious. Large portions. Will definitely try again.
A delicious meal as usual. We live in Bradford and visit family in Darton. It has become tradition to order a meal from Little India. The food is consistently excellent and the staff friendly. We always look forward to our visit. Thank you!
It is clear why this place has won a lot of awards. Firstly, they have a 5* hygiene rating, second the welcome is great, but most importantly the food is excellent. They don't rely on sauce "bases" like a lot of other Indian take aways, they make each recipe separately. I had an excellent curry, and the best meat samosas I've ever had, and I've eaten a lot of good Indian food, both in UK and in India.

Outstanding Indian food. Big portions, quick, friendly sevice. A cut above the normal Indian take-away. There's nuance in the spices and the meat is always first class. Amrad and his team's attention to detail in food and service is second to none.
Possibly the best Indian takeaway. Needs to become a restaurant too!
Fabulous. The food was exceptional. It was piping hot and very tasty. Staff were in good humour. Because of social distancing our takeaway order was brought out to the rear of the promises. A table had been set up and you were asked to come forward when your order was ready.
