Not bad at all for a McDonald's. Definitely one of their cleaner restaurants and the staff were spot on. Nice toilets upstairs and a decent view our across the Town Centre from the first floor too. Liked how they had it all decorated for Autumn as well.
Standard McDonald's, typically the food is fresh here and not held very long, if you have any issues the staff will deal with it promptly.
As with McDonald's policy the staff should be wearing hairnets in the kitchen, it's very clear they aren't and have several long haired members of staff in this section also, one of my previous complaints here has been that I found a hair in my food (was resolved) but worth mentioning form a quality standpoint
Good atmosphere and love to eat there and its in the town centre for easy shopping.
We enjoyed the food, we didn't wait long to get it, the amosphere was. Good.

Perhaps the fastest service i have ever experienced in a MacDonalds. The place was extremely busy but the staff were flying through orders super fast. Hugely impressed with that. It was clean and staff were friendly. Food was tasty. Only negative. Never had such greasy Maccies. Didn't really like the hash brown because of that. Wrapper of the sausage and egg muffin was swimming in grease but it tasted good so no problem there really

Went to the menu screen console and placed my order accordingly but when I went to use the card machine it would not let me finish the transaction - no receipt was given just the number and I had to queue to pay for the order that I placed via the main card machine at the till point, I have mobility issues along with severe health issues there was no way for me to stand for that long especially when I have to use walking sticks. The only thing that let it down was there was too many drivers (Uber, Barrow Eats, Deliveroo) there was nothing to enforce these drivers. There were customers who were waiting for their order - 1 customer was waiting for his order which took 25 minutes this is due to these drivers getting their orders first. It should be the customers who should come first and the drivers having to toe the line. Not only that there was parents with their children some with prams and use upstairs then wait for their order. In total it was very hectic and the demands from the drivers was out of order.

I don't know the name of the lad but he was an ambassador for your company. He worked really hard but was polite under pressure ..he was patient with older people and should be recognised for his performance well done 👏 this lad ... feel free to contact me for more details 😀
Had to wait quite a while for my order
Ordered delivery a few times. Burgers and nuggets are always good, but the fries always seem like they were cooked an hour earlier. Cold and limp. Which is a shame. Otherwise good as would expect from Maccy Ds.
