Polite and friendly staff, food was served promptly and the food was really tasty, I had a the halloumni and falafel salad. Food is reasonably priced. However, a single vodka and coke was £6.00? Nice atmosphere, menus are a little confusing and could be simplified. All in all worth a visit 😀

We had a wonderful evening dinner for my husband's birthday! Great 👍 dishes well presented and cooked to perfection! The 2 lovely ladies service was excellent and efficient. We even saw Dave from the Hairy Biker's dine there. This says a lot for such a gem! Thxxxx to the outstanding 3 chefs... we love 😍 the experience! Looking forward to our next trip

Some amazing dishes on the dinner menu here. Breast of local pheasant, stuffed with wild boar and wrapped in bacon first rate and nicely complemented with glazed veg, mash and a rich tasty gravy. Cheeseboard with port included for two amazing value, well presented, but cheese pedestrian: a quarter of the quantity, twice the quality and it would be as unmissable as our main courses. Friendly and attentive service.

We visited the Barrow Arms following a friend's recommendation and it certainly did not disappoint.
The food was tasty and very good value. The restaurant is lovely and the staff members are amongst the nicest people I've met. And, as if that's not praise enough, it's the most dog friendly restaurant I've ever been too. Nothing was too much trouble for us or the dog. I would highly recommend a visit to the Barrow Arms.
I will definitely be going back.

We had Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day and it was excellent. The food was of the usual high standard and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant had been beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. We always enjoy visiting the Barrow Arms and will definitely be visiting again in the New Year.

Went with 10 other ladies for a Christmas Dinner. Food was amazing, well presented and piping hot. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. All the tables had been reserved and had plenty of space around them. Highly recommended and will return.

We booked on mass all orders were taken previously, I and others (group of 17) some of which ordered steak were all served at the same time and all were done to perfection whether medium rare, rare ,or medium well.
The service was superb and all courses were amazing. This place deserves better recognition.
Can't recommend highly enough.
