One of my favorite spots to dine at! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Big shout out to Harry, Kat, James and Tia for providing excellent service and delectable eats.
Previously, there was a chicken in peppercorn sauce meal that I absolutely loved getting. When we went for dinner tonight, I didn’t see it on the menu. The staff made it happen and I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken in peppercorn sauce!

I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months for a work trip. The room was very comfortable and the service was outstanding. What really makes this place is the staff. They are so accommodating, and they really make you feel like you are a part of the family. Liam and his whole team do a very excellent job of making you feel at home. The food was always really good and in great portions. Compliments to the Chefs. If I am ever back in that area, this is the place where I will be!!
Seeing the 5 starred AA Inn sign as we came in, I was interested to find out if it would live up to that expectation, and honestly, it exceeded it. The food was excellent - my personal highlights being the chips and onion rings. On top of that, the staff were all polite and friendly, welcoming us in and our server Kat was the golden standard, enhancing our experience to the max.
We didn't stay overnight, we simply booked a meal there for Easter. However, if you're passing through or already in the area, I can highly recommend making this a pit stop.
I visited The Bull with my friend who was visiting from London and I recommended that he stayed there.
We decided to have a meal there and were blown away with the fantastic service. We were served by Grace who was friendly, attentive and made us feel so welcome. The food was incredible, there is plenty to choose from and everything is cooked fresh to order.
I would highly recommend anyone whether dining solo, with a friend or family member or group to visit The Bull, you won’t be disappointed!

The team at the Bull Inn are first class. The food is great, keep an eye out for the specials they really are special, and great value for money. I often stay here for work and always try to get one of the coach houses where possible. The beds are comfy and the standards are high. Breakfast is great and the staff deliver great service. I booked in for Mother’s Day and was blown away by the set menu, it was very busy but as usual I was not left disappointed… the jar of sweets always helps. We will always come back.

I found it to be an excellent hotel. Though the building is historic, the room i stayed in was modern and spacious.
I had both my evening meal, and breakfast at the restaurant. And both meals were excellent, using local produce, and cooked fresh. The staff, especially in the restaurant are friendly and ready to help. 10/10 to them.

We held a baby shower at the Bull Inn. The staff and management was so welcoming and accommodating! Our party had the afternoon tea, it was so delicious!! There aren’t enough stars for hospitality!! The Bull Inn is my go to place:)
We visited for an evening meal, 2 adults, a child and a dog. We had travelled a fair way (225 miles to see the jets) and we didn't want to leave the dog in a room. We phoned to check the dog was welcome and we were met with a warm response. This continued on arrival where the team made us feel welcome. The food was lovely, freshly cooked and well presented and with eyes bigger than his belly our son couldn't finish his dessert which he said was lovely. Will definitely visit again when we come back later in the year. Thanks for making us welcome.
We live in the village and so went for dinner and drinks after they had a bit of a refresh.
Lovely decor. Food was nice, but as a veggie the choices were a bit limited for me.
Service was nice and friendly.
This place is awesome, great service, great rooms and fab staff. The pork belly is amazing and you must save room for the sticky toffee pudding. A big shout out to Tia who is always friendly.
