Food was ok, the 1/2 chicken was amazing, but not the burgers didn't like them, thick and solid bread buns. Atmosphere is nice, service was great as usual.

Would have been 5 stars had it not taken longer than expected to have our meal brought to the table.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of the team and shown to our table which was great. It was only my second visit to Nando’s so the server was happy to explain how they operate. I was happy to use the QR code to place our order but felt this took away the personal experience. We had our drinks - a smoothie in a carton and an empty glass to fill myself (I ordered water) brought as soon as the order went through on my phone. This was brought be a different server to the one that had greeted us. Unfortunately the ice machine wasn’t working but the water was cold enough so I wasn’t too worried personally. Although I could see customers asking staff about it.
Our starters arrived soon afterwards which was great I was impressed.
Once we had finished we waited for our mains. I was with my daughter so there were two of us on our table. We could see the restaurant was busy and buzzing with customers and servers darting around. The time we were there was 4pm on a Saturday. Kinda in between mealtimes so I was surprise with how busy it was.
However we saw a lot of staff members standing at the serving hatch where the chefs deliver the meals and they seemed to be waiting or just not doing anything.
My daughter and I could see our meals on the serving hatch. We asked a member of staff if we needed to fetch the meals ourselves having not been there many times. The server assured us our meals would be brought over. But it took 10 minutes.
Other than this wait, we were happy with our experience. The food was delicious and we were asked, by a different server again, if we were happy with our food.
I was slightly concerned that the chicken was chewy, but I was so hungry by this point I didn’t want to make a fuss.
I’d hesitate to go back but I’d give them another go.

Just nice. It's located in a busy shopping centre, so it's quite busy but they have a clear queuing system in place. Waiting time on a busy day can range from 10 to 40 minutes. They serve good food and big portions. I recommend it for a timely fix when you are caught up on a long or busy shopping day.

The staff were very pleasant and kept me informed of how long my order would be.

The food was amazing and the waiters were so lovely and kind, the place was very clean. I recommend going here, they cook our food very quickly and they kindly said goodbye and hello to everyone, table and dishes were cleaned immediately when customers left, 10/10 to this place and thank you Nandos!

Wait time was less than they predicted which is always nice. We did have an issue with the spicing level of our plain kids chicken wings but staff went above and beyond to help us resolve this. Only problem we had by the end was the freezing air con blasting down onto us.

The best Nandos I've ever been too, rarely too busy especially compared with Festival Leisure Nandos. Food is always a reliable banger, plenty of parking.

Fantastic meal last night in your new restaurant! Chel was a fabulous hostess great sense of humour - charming young lady. All staff so friendly, smiley and happy. As for the food, first class as always! Incredible dining experience and the best Nando's restaurant to date for me. Great atmosphere and decor. Plenty of room between tables. It was my friends first Nando's and she was very impressed � top night thanks guys �

We had a family of 14 visit tonight for my sons birthday meal! Fantastic evening. Amazing food. Staff bought my sons cake out with a birthday card signed by each member of staff. And even a little gift. Really wasn’t expected but it was an amazing touch. My son had a brilliant birthday meal. We enjoyed it so much we booked my dads birthday meal before we left! Thankyou for making his birthday special x

Sent off online review on our visit, but forgot to mention the lovely lad at the till Alex with his patience and kind ways. The restaurant was full and well organised, food was coming out really quick, really impressed! Exceptional staff who went over and beyond to ensure we were all happy! Please make sure Alex is aware his service was appreciated and not forgotten along with the other members of staff working this evening! Will definitely go again, cannot fault a thing!

We visited tonight for a friends young lad 17th we were a large party had booked but having 2 wheelchairs isn’t always easy to accommodate. Tonight I believe it was the manager went above and beyond his job to make our visit enjoyable and hassle free. Nothing was to much trouble for him and his floor staff so a big thank you to everyone and the card made the young lads day xx

I've always enjoyed Nando's but for some reason when we eat here the food is always sitting waiting for ages as the staff are sweeping etc.. food was cold :(

Lovely break from all the Christmas rush. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted and shown a table.
Friendly happy staff taking our orders and a very short wait for our delicious food.
While we were eating we noticed how clean they keep the tables and constantly washing their hands.
Happy Christmas to all at the Nando’s especially Basildon A127 where we were yesterday.

25 minutes for a takeaway!!! got home the mash was all hard around the edges and the chicken in the grilled chicken burger was chewy not impressed

On 19/02 we ordered a takeaway, had to wait over 45minutes for our food to get home and find out we didn't get what we asked for. The corn was rotton and black. We asked for extras ie olives and hallomi which we were given hallomi dripping in salty grease and 8 olive for £3.50 rip off! If was vial! Waste of money and time!
