As with all the Whetherspoon pubs the standard of The Angel is not a surprise. The service is fast and efficient but the Table 85 we sat on was greasy and unclean and sticky to touch. Our empty beer glass provided with the can of Budweiserwas so cloudy and unclean that we could not see through it! T
