Clean and tidy and of course great coffee.
Amazing service as usual! Food cooked quick and drink hot. When I lifted the tray and spilt it (due to a fasting blood test and feeling light headed) they cleaned up, tried to give me fresh food and new drink and carried the tray for me. The young lady doing drinks also carried drinks for another lady who had a walker and asked if she can do anything else to help. Amazing personal touch despite being busy.
I rotate in Basingstoke often and the service is always really good! All the coffee is good but whenever this guy with brown hair is making the drinks in the morning I KNOW I’m getting a good coffee. 9/10 mocha tastes burned sometimes but we move regardless. It’s a risk I’m willing to take.
Just popped in to grab a coffee on my morning break, Mitchell was so friendly and helpful. He was working by himself but was doing a fantastic job to manage the situation. Setting a great example.
The strawberries and cream frappe absolutely slaps.
Staff are amazing too, only problems arise when customers want to be a problem. 🙄 Which the staff deal with proportionally.
They explain as to why they can't do a certain drink and offer alternatives if possible, really great customer service.
While this might seem biased, all the other caffeine sources in the Hospital aren't great.
Staff are lovely. More options to eat than winchester hospital. Air con is incredible. Coffee left a gone off after taste and the cup it was served in was a bit dirty and stained. But I would come again as they were busy and handling it well. May just get a different drink.
We had been up the hospital all morning and a coffee was what we both wanted so we popped in here and the lady who made our coffees was happy, helpful and very polite she gave a great service !! It may only be coffee but it does make a difference. 10/10 For her alone,
Of all the Costa's I've visited, this one has THE most friendly and helpful staff. Great vegan options now also.
First time visiting again in a while, staff friendly and efficient, tables being cleaned when needed and que kept down well. Nice to see 🙂
