The best Hong Kong style prawns I've had in years Proper sweet and sour sauce, lots of large battered prawns, so much so I couldn't finish them! Only thing I'd say, serve the sauce in a separate pot. We've recently had several takeaways from Black Dam Chinese Kitchen which have been consistently good. They use quality ingredients and have been delivered promptly & hot. We have used some other Chinese takeaways in Basingstoke but Black Dam are by far the best.
