Service was great, pizzas were tasty, welcoming atmosphere and staff were lovely especially Janaina who was an absolute delight to speak to. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you!!!

Good service, spacious and you can order online by scanning bar code mentioned on each and every table. Everything were contactless.
Food was okay but hot chocolate for kid was too sweet and neither my kid nor I can drink it, so make sure to have less sweeter hot chocolate before placing an order (as orders are online).

An OK Pizza Hut Restaurant if you want a quick meal. Normally not very busy at non-peak times. Ordering is via an app/QR code on the Menu & delivery to your table is quite quick, so no hanging around. Don't forget the free salad as well! A good alternative if all the other eateries in Festival Place are busy/booked up.

Good value for money restaurant! At first we were seated next to the window but the restaurant is situated inside the shopping center so anyone walking past would stare in at us so we decided to move tables! Salad bar had a good selection and the pizzas were delicious! Our waiter was also very friendly and helpful, will be visiting again if in the area.

Pizza hut in Festival place Basingstoke for a late lunch. Our waiter could not have been any more attentive and friendly. Visiting with my husband and toddler, what was just a quick visit to catch some lunch was actually a lovely experience.

Great place to take the family. Staff are very attentive especially Amanda or mandy? She was incredible especially with my daughter who was very tired and grumpy but managed to make her smile. Would definitely go back

Was pretty impressed with this restaurant. Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for years. The service was pretty quick and the staff friendly. You can order online which makes it easier to pay. The food was tasty. The temporary salad wasn't great as you basically have a choice between coleslaw, potato salad or salade leaves. The flatbreads were tasty and surprisingly filling.
