Every time I have come here. The team are nothing but stunning. Really enthusiastic, bubbly energetic young ladies that clearly love people, which is so crucial for the customer facing industries. Epic! Iconic! Be proud ladies. Major slay!
Only used this place for the 1st time this week and visited on 2 separate occasions. Both times I was served by a lady called Jay, who was very friendly, polite and just took pride in her job and actually made me feel valued as a customer, so next time I am in area, definitely be returning
As like most starbucks, nice atmosphere, comfy seating. Only let down is the 2-hour time limit for parking.
Kudos to Starbucks Basingstoke (Houndmills), went in today and was very pleased to see how they have managed it. We were met on arrival, hand sanitizer at the door, told what to expect and how everything was being done, we were shown to a seat, everywhere was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe and was lovely to meet a friend, have a cuppa and relax for half an hour. Thank you Starbucks.

Great coffee as always with Starbucks but massive shout out to Sim who was working on the drive through on Tuesday. What a ray of sunshine! She was so friendly, chatty and helpful. A great asset!!
Great coffee, still serving eggnog latte :) They always ask if you have any allergies. Love coming here coffee is delicious!
Always a good service. My only downfall is more vegan options, I'm not vegan I have a milk intolerance so I'm having to adjust to a new diet. I appreciate its hard to adjust for all dietary requirements. But the 'Fiery No Chicken wrap' was delish!

Need to get their dishwasher sorted, Been coming every week for over a month and still using Disposable everything. Let's them down a little when you are sitting in. Compostable or not. The team are lovely though.
Barista CoCo really lovely. Friendly and happy. Some staff should take a page from her book. Very clean and tidy. Music in the background was good to hear.
Love working from this Starbucks. The coffee and staff are always great. However, beware there is a 2 hour limited free parking. If you let the staff know you will be longer, then it can be extended (at no cost) but it isn't super obvious....and my wife got caught with a £60 fine for being 15 mins over... 1 star dropped for that.
Ha, haven't done this for decades...sat inside wearing paint spattered overalls... surrounded by the UK elite (Tradesmen) stuffed my face with Panini and Oatmeal washed down with Grande Latte liberally sprinkled with Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Chocolate. Feel farty and bloaty now!
