We had a lovely dinner at The Chequers. I ordered the heritage tomato with pumpkin pesto and torched mozzarella as my starter and for my main course I had the pan seared fillet of hake, which was delicious. The roast dinners were visually beautiful and delicious. Do add on the cheesy leeks - they are heavenly!
