The Salamander - A Great British Pub - Bath - Photo album

We came two times without reservations and they ran out of Sunday roasts. So we made a reservation and was really happy with the roast. Definitely one of the best in town, although the Yorkshire pudding was too soggy but the rest were all good. We ordered the ribs from the special menu and the porti
A great little pub with traditional English Ales, pump style, right at the bar. Menu is awesome, their Seriously Beefy Beef Burgers and Bavette Steaks are fantastic. Staff is friendly and attentive. Will definitely visit again.
Wonderful little nook to stop and enjoy, initially attracted by the window display, but great atmosphere, fabulous food, polite and friendly staff. We were blown away by the most phenomenal display of orchids!

The main server was incredibly welcoming, informed, and super nice. I knew British folks were known for the manners, but my gosh was the main serve gentlemen excellent throughout my entire meal. He recommend a delicious dish to me and as a solo traveler, his great customer service really put me at e
