Superb Sunday roast my children assured me. My hake was absolutely delicious, but I forgot to take a pic. And the birthday fudge was as delicious.
The venue was stunning, staff lovely, food superb.
All perfect and then a minibus arrived with 20 or so ‘patrons’.

The best Sunday lunch my wife and I have had! Lovely setting and friendly staff. The trimmings that came with our shoulder of lamb were delicious, the roast potatoes were so crispy! We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Bath!
We walked into the Dilly bar without reservations and the staff was extremely helpful in sitting us in the bar with full menu. As long as they know up front you want to dine in the bar they are ok with it.

The oysters were perfect, beef tartare, just gorgeous! Salmon with seafood chowder and Pork chop were amazing. Wonderful service made the experience faultless. Thank you
The sourdough was fluffy and delicious, the beef tartare was flavorful, the dry-aged chateaubriand was impeccably executed, and the apple crumble was the perfect finale. And service was quick and friendly.

If you are two sharing , definitely get a roast + a wellington . It takes 25 mins to be ready but it’s worth the wait. Their Bloody Mary is also worth a mention !

Just moved to Bath and started my search for today for a Sunday Roast spot. Great start with solid food, friendly and professional staff, great drink choices and a chilled atmosphere. I will certainly be back.
We had dinner last night @ The Walcot. A very happening place, busy but in a good way. The staff were on point, and the food was exceptional.
Excellent birthday brunch spot. Delicious date French toast and a spicy Bloody Mary served in a lovely informal setting. Will definitely return.
