This is a first class tea room with excellent snack type meals and attentive efficient staff. The decor is bright and attractive. It is far better value for money than Marks and Spencer restaurant and is kept much cleaner. Make this a must do!

Very nice team room. Price are good for the quality of teas and snacks. I was with my girlfriend and her parents in this local and ordered teas with snacks, but staff get for us 2 different teas - there were still good, but it was mistake! Everything else what it could be was great.

Delightful tea room off the beaten track, as it were. It's behind House of Fraser and along the road despite sings saying it's inside HF. Staff help and good humoured. Delicious food. First time I had a berry scone and my wife had the chocolate scone. Loved the light lunch - toastie, small quiche and cup of soup followed by the scone supported with a good size tea pot. High recommend. 25 October 2016

Excellent service - the staff really went out of their way. Being a doughnut, I left some bank details in there as I was in a rush to get to another appointment. When I eventually cottoned on, the tea room was closed so I went to the Lingerie department and asked the lady on the till if she could contact them, which she very obligingly did. After about five minutes, a chap emerged from the tea room bearing my bank folder. I would have been quite prepared to get it myself but was relieved to have it back. Loose leaf teas are a bonus. I do agree with the review which mentions the crumpets thoigh - crumpets were Ok buyvhave tasted brtter

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, delightful food, a gorgeous lemon and ginger tea... Yeah I'm pretty sure it's the best tearoom in Bath.
