Came here at 13:00 (16th August). First time at this Costa. The customer service from the guy on till was FANTASTIC. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, smiley, genuinely great at his job and brilliant with customers 👏👏
Good Costa. Friendly polite staff. Always take out for me, so can't comment on the location. One of the many coffees I had there didn't taste right, I mentioned it about 3 days later they said they might of burnt the beans and gave me two free coffees (they didn't know me as a regular by the way)...
I had a lovely time today in this costa coffee after a day out in the lovely city of Bath. Coffee was great and the stuff was exquisitely friendly and welcoming. In particular I was welcomed by the Italian manager that was also incredibly helpful when I asked for advice on what to do and where to go
