Mrs Burton's Restaurant And Tea Room - Battle - Photo album

Old world type tea room outside of Battle Abbey, they have good lunch options or you can have tea and cake ! Table service, friendly staff. Update ! First visit for quite a while, I can thoroughly recommend the scone and cream tea!
After finishing touring the Battle of Hastings (Battle Abbey), this is a good place to have afternoon tea. The tea and scones taste amazing! I ordered English breakfast tea and scones. It was very good that I had to get seconds for both English breakfast tea and scones. The staff are very friendly.
Service good, overall pricey but lovely to eat in
Lovely oldie worldy tea room. Had a cream tea even though only 10am and it was delicious. A warmed fruit scone and the tiny jars of jam and cream were enough and no wastage. Well worth a visit.
Lovely cake, took photo after l ate it🤦‍♀️. Coffee lovely too.
The quality of our full English breakfast was superb.
Very historic landmark tearoom in Battle. Great staff and great food. Lovely. Dog and biker friendly is a big bonus.
Lovely little place beautiful garden very friendly helpful staff
Excellent English breakfast. The tea was also very yummy but maybe best of all was the friendly service. I enjoyed the hash browns and the eggs were absolutely perfect...worth a stop!
Superb tea room and restaurant. Everything is freshly prepared. They do a wonderful High Tea. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back.
Nice home made food, good value, friendly staff

They prepare all the food seperatly and really understand the importance of avoiding cross contamination. The place is beautifu
Tasty food, generous portions, and friendly service with a beautiful backdrop. We ate outside and everything felt well cleaned and staff are good at enforcing the policy that people wait for their tables to be cleaned before seating. I recommend parking at Powdermill Woods and walking up if you hav
