Caribou Coffee

If you love coffee then great this place has a great selection! I would not recommend food. They must have recently changed policy about customizing food orders. Had been coming to this exact place for bagel with cream cheese and added bacon. It has been a few months since I last order that sandwich. This morning I went to get a cream cheese bacon sandwich and in a polite response from the gals I was told they do not customize sandwiches. Of course being pregnant and craving exactly that I wasn't happy. So instead I grab my overly charged plain ol cream cheese bagel, and passed it to a co worker of mine. It is what it is.

Disgusting food. Gas Stations have better food options, you simply don’t pay to have someone microwave it for you. I asked for an everything bagel instead of the default English muffin, and they apparently can’t customize the sandwiches, as they are ALL premade! Cashier told me I could buy an extra everything bagel and swap out the muffin myself. I asked why they can’t do it when I’m paying for it, and they shrugged. Stick to coffee and biscuits. Your breakfast sandwiches were so disgusting I couldn’t even eat them. I had to spit it out.$11 paid for $2 quality food. Finally; if you aren’t a part of Einstein Bagel anymore, then you NEED to remove all of your Einstein bagel signage & advertisement from the building, because it’s false advertising!

Went in there, manager was yelling and degrading his employees where everyone could here. What kind of business are you people running? I felt so bad for them. He reminded me of an abusive father. How does he have a job there? I will go there to show love and support for the employees but the manager needs to take some courses on how to treat people. Even when speaking to him on the phone as I have done, he was rude and nasty and more concerned about joking around with others then fixing my order. I go there because I love my dirty chi, but hate being there when he is there.

It is outrageous that the building says Einstein bagels and that you don't honor the deals in their app, or their coupons, etc. If you are "separating" then do it, but stop misleading customers for 2 1/2 years... Or just honor the offers. Feels (Is) very bait & switch. When I am in your store or DT, it would also be nice to hear the management being better to staff. I think I will take my business to another business. Sorry baristas, but your bosses have made this happen to you. My $5 tips will still be given, but to the baristas at the other giant coffee retailer in town.

Sorry - I couldn't wait to take a pic! It's too delicious! Definitely DOES cause happiness! This Caribou never disappoints. The drinks are always fab. Caramel Cooler is my go to. And the boorritos! The ham & cheese burrito is so freaking tasty! The bagels and cream cheese.... Oh my. Mouth is watering! Go get some!
