I wish I had an option to give this 0 stars because it's not worthy of any. Had a really good experience a few weeks ago. Ordered a Carbonara and an Aussie Pizza and would have happily given a 6 star rating. Was highly impressed. Order the exact same last night thinking we had found a really good pizza shop and pasta. Well weren't we absolutely disappointed. The Carbonara was as bland as bland. Tasted like a mouthful of water. No flavour whatsoever and very dry. The pizza was quite okay again but the Garlic Pizza was quite burnt. Don't think we will be returning after this. Highly disappointed last night.

Food Poisoning. Salmonella Warning!!!! We ordered three pizzas last night and we all fell ill shortly afterwards. We know it was the pizzas as we did not eat any other food together apart from that. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT USE GLOVES WHEN MAKING PIZZAS. DO NOT EAT HERE. I couldn't go to work because of the illness this place gave me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Contacted management and all they provided was a sorry. My sister was sent to hospital. Will contact council.

The place may make good pizzas by there are too many different people working there and handling food with bare hands, and then they handle other things, including money. Pizza making is quite unhygienic as all the ingredients are handled by bare hands, from making the base to adding ingredients. I've never seen any of them making pizzas with gloves, even when preparing the ingredient, ham and other meats. So, let's not get too excited about this place because while you're hungry and want to gobble down what you call a delicious pizza, little you think about the risk of catching Salmonella or E-coli from contaminated pizzas due to poor shop cleanliness. Do they wash and sterilize their hands properly after going to the loo? I doubt it. Today, the 7th of November 2018, I ate a large pizza with the lot. One hour later I started to get abdominal pain, had to rush to the toilet and the pain continued afterwards. Surely, I must have been poisoned again? Otherwise, what caused this pain to develop after eating this pizza? The hygienic state about this pizzeria begs the question on health concern, how clean is it, how clean are the staff? The pizza maker doesn't even wear gloves. Sadly, this time, like last time when I got abdominal pains and diarrhea, the same thing has happened again. I would steer away for this place and wouldn't recommend it.

I've eaten here for many years since they generally had the best pizzas of this style in the area, and at competitive prices. More recently though it's become strangely inconsistent, you'll either get the best pizza in town or something very very average, and not much in between. It's almost as if they have an A team and a B team - this is also evident when you phone them, when you'll either get someone who totally knows their stuff or a stoned teenager who is easily confused. Anyway I stuck with them, hoping to understand the pattern so I could at least place orders when the A team is on duty (never did figure it out). That was until last weekend when I got a B team pizza with something extra which resulted in me being up until dawn in pain and puking. Not being someone who is easily made sick from bad food, I hate to think how bad it must have been. So it's time to find a new pizza shop. Sorry guys, we had a long relationship and I was willing to keep trying while you were clearly going through some staff problems, but if the business can't even control basic hygiene issues then that's a dealbreaker for me. It's just too dangerous waiting for you to get your act together.
