Food was excellent as always however the cashier that took my order had a hard time understanding English and it made communicating my order slightly more difficult.

Four years ago I did not like this place, it was so dirty and coffe was horrible.
I am back now the place is so clean and the coffee is great. I stopped buying coffee form other places.

One extra star for Indian server at this location. Nice location with ample of seating area and parking spots. In late afternoon I ordered breakfast sandwich but the cashier refused to take order for breakfast menu🙁 ( it’s pretty rude). But at that time Indian girl immediately took charge and ask me if I can wait 5min, as she needs to prepare it. But she didn’t say “NO” I really appreciate. I like the service. But location was bit dirty. Rest all good. One more important point is, they don’t have drive through at this location.

I like this place, it has a drive through for the mornings you do not feel like getting out of the car. Overall they hav good service inside and the drive through. They always have good inventory, it’s rare they run out of certain product. They keep the store clean as well as te washrooms.

Shout out to an excellent employee, Mayo. He has excellent customer service skills. Three Mondays in a row my kids and I came to the counter, and by the third week he knew our order off by heart, delivered quickly and courteously. Manager: Pay attention. He should get employee of the month! We've been coming to this Tim's for the past three years, and honestly the service is hit or miss, depending on the mood of the teenager behind the counter. Mayo is, in contrast, thoroughly professional and on his game. He's the reason we come back, despite lackadaisical service in the past.

After a misunderstanding and mistake in our order in the drivethru, the manager was very kind and quick to take care of us at our next visit with a generous discount on our meal. We will definitely show our loyalty to this Tim Hortons for the fantastic customer care! Thanks Mark!
