Really nice local pub - clean and friendly staff make you feel welcome and well looked after. We had the Sunday Vegetarian roast and this was wonderful!
Beautiful traditional decor, comfortable seating. Good selection of beer. Didn't eat there but may well in future.
Service was great, food was nice and well priced. Beautiful decor!
We stopped here about 2pm as "walk in customers " for Sunday lunch en route from Kent how to Midlands via M40 to break our journey, after all the congestion on M25 We were greeted friendily by our waiter Manu who was very polite attentive and helpful. He kept us updated on progress with preparing ou
Gorgeous pub, brilliant service and the food leaves your tongue jangling because of the fireworks of flavours. Great portions too and very child friendly. Love it Love it Love it. Denise x
Visited on a Sunday afternoon for an early dinner while in Lockdown but, allowed to dine outside, luckily they had a table as we hadn't booked. The food and service were 5 star. The food is some of the best I've had. I love my food to be hot, not warm, not right temperature to eat but piping hot and
Lovely little stop at the The White Horse for a couple of drinks. Very nice and attentive staff, great drinks selection and the food looked good too, tho we didn’t eat. Dog friendly, great outdoor area at the front and inside was nice. Mens loos could do with more attention, hence the 4 star. Will u
Absolutely blown away by the friendly staff and excellent food! One of our party was gluten free and was very pleased with the choices available and the gluten free fish and chips was one of the best he had ever tasted!
We had a fantastic evening! Excellent service, delicious food and amazing atmosphere. Our first visit but will be back!
Highlight of our trip away. The pub decorations is really nice, so much to see and all the staff were really welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, duck pancakes for starters especially. Would highly recommend a visit.
A real asset! What a welcome. Natalie our waitress did not know we had a horrendous drive down from Stratford but was incredibly welcoming when we walked in. Advice on food and drinks was accurate and helpful. She operates well above her pay grade. Don't lose her!
Always a very pleasant experience. This time, the fish and chips, couldn't be anymore delicious! Thank you.
Very tasty food, with the lovely waitresses. Inside the restaurant is beautifully arranged with plants spread across the room. The most beautiful thing about this restaurant that you can bring your well behaved dog in.
We visited on a Saturday late lunchtime. Good choice of dishes on the menu. And a nice choice of ales for the hubby which he thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely atmosphere and decor, friendly staff and very good C-19 measures which they have worked hard to get right. We ordered king prawns and halloumi fries
