Were very fortunate to attend last night's opening event - loved the decor and vibe, modern and contemporary, an excellent atmosphere! The gins were especially good and we're now Silent Pool fans :) We've also eaten in the restaurant since the refurb, meal was really good and the prices sensible reflecting the high quality of the food and service but not overly inflated. We will definitely be back!
Great food, fantastic atmosphere and, although we were a party of around 40, they really looked after us. Definitely be back to enjoy the spectacular beer garden.
Every time we come to Royal Saracens Head, it is a great experience overall. The service is usually very good, and there are lots of different food & drink options on the menu- there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is relaxed with nice lighting, and it's one of those places you could either dress up or dress down and either would fit. Side note: definitely try the Mac & cheese - it's so good!

Phoebe & Jess (both Aussies) were our servers. Both were very polite and attentive and our orders and drinks arrived promptly and well presented. Starter was tasty and the roast beef mains were very tender and tasty too. Good selection of vegetables.The manager made a point of introducing himself to us and asking how our meal was. I noticed he spoke to several other tables near us too. Nice touch. An excellent was to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. We’ll be back.
Had a lovely birthday meal with the whole family. The service was the best part of the experience, they were very accommodating. Anson was a great server (his wine knowledge was impressive)!
Met a friend not seen for a long while for a catch up, we were seated very quickly and had one waitress all for the evening it was a Saturday night. We opted for Fish and chips the food was lovely and hot the waitress was knowledgeable about the drinks and food , she apologised for taking long time clear but it was ok she was looking after a large table next to ours.
Lovely atmosphere a bit pricey but good for a celebration or treat.
Went to celebrate a birthday and had 3 very big tables. Food came out on time,presentation and taste was lovely. All the staff were very welcoming. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you all for a great evening,we all truly enjoyed ourselves.
We arrived at 6.30pm and received a very nice greeting.we were escorted to our table, next to a window, as per our booking request. The service throughout our dining experience was perfect. The food was excellent, I had the chicken, bacon and avocado salad again, and it was the best as always! The hummus starter was amazing as well. A perfect meal with fantastic service from a lovely waitress, we could not of asked for more. We will definitely be coming back again, thank you for a lovely evening!!
Went here for dinner as it was my brother's birthday. The staff was very good and we arrived just before the dinner rush. So make sure you book in advance. They have got a wide selection of food, incl vegan menu. Food arrived very quickly and it was delicious. Would definitely come here more often
Had a great family lunch. The roast chicken was really good and shared 3 deserts with my cousin - cheesecake, chocolate bomb & the meringue were all top. They explained their coffee machine was broken which was fine but the hot drinks they served were sadly all tepid. But that didn't detract from a great Sunday lunch and the service was really good for a large group.
We go here fairly frequently for dinner or lunch. Recently a new manager, AJ was appointed and the vibe here has noticeably improved. My wife used to enjoy their crispy duck salad but it had been discontinued. She mentioned this to AJ who promised to reinstate it and lo and behold, yesterday there it was again! Oh, and the sea bass fillets are delicious.
