The Dove Cafe

This cafe goes beyond just serving coffee; it's a place that truly cares about its community. What struck me the most was their commitment to inclusivity. They have a dedicated team of lovely employees and volunteers, a diverse group that includes both young and old. It's heartwarming to see an establishment that involves people from all backgrounds, truly reflecting the unity of the community. And speaking of coffee, I can confidently say they serve the best coffee in town. It's a place where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a purpose, knowing that your visit supports a cafe that gives back to the community in such a meaningful way.

I have been hear quite often over the past few months. It is a cafe in the back of St Thomas Church in Holtspur. It has comfy chairs, is bright and airy, with an out door seating area and a children’s play area. The staff are all volunteers and since it’s quite new, it seems they are forever training someone. The food is excellent and they offer free hot drinks on Sundays. My son does Karate at the Beacon Centre on Sundays and this is definitely more pleasant than waiting in the car.
