What a lovely little tea room. Spotted it on way into Beaumaris and decided to pop in for some cake. Absolutely lovely homemade cakes. The banana and caramel cake was to die for!! I have it on good authority that the brownies are very good too!!! Definitely worth a trip in Beaumaris.

Can't rave enough about this place and the people that run it, the cakes have to be the best we've ever tasted , and the staff go out of there way to make everyone of all ages feel welcome , with lots to keep adults and children entertained, or just sit with a coffee and cake and watch the world go by in the most perfect setting. We most definatly will be back !!!!

This little place could be missed due to its position away from the main road in Beaumaris which is a shame because its a lovely little cafe, with happy staff, fair prices especially in comparison to the cafes along the main part of Beaumaris, very good choice of tea coffees cakes etc . I would definitely recommend Happy Valley cafe..

This is one of my favourite places in Beaumaris. The staff are fantastic, the cakes are out of this world and everything is reasonably priced. Great views of the Castle as well. I think certain businesses should have a protection orders put on them like listed buildings and this cafe would be high on my list.

Always try and go here when we are on holiday in the area because the staff are so lovely and the cakes are amazing. This time we had take away as we had our little dog with us and no dogs allowed in the park. Once again good lattes and delicious homemade cakes. I managed to get the last slice of ginger sponge cake...it was the best I've ever had. And thanks to the kindness of the owner I managed to buy the last of her full size beautiful homemade bara brith cake to take home. Highly recommended this cafe.

Best coffee we had in this area. And the cakes are just delicious! Simple pavilion with a big surprise inside. Friendliest staff I've met for a long time, HUGE selection of homemade cakes from all the classic ones like carrot cake, coffee & walnut cake, Rocky Road cake or Victoria sponge cake to Eaton mess cake and Death by chocolate cake. My husband had a slice of Death by chocolate cake and wow. Full of chocolate flavour but not too sweet, just perfect. I had a slice of carrot cake and it is on my top list of carrot cakes. Loved the spices used. They had a very good selection of brownies too.

Lovely little café in the bowling green pavilion run by volunteers raising money for local charities. Good menu with cake and coffee including gluten free options. Plenty of picnic tables outside but be careful of the hungry seagulls. Parking and kids play park next-door.

Lovely little cafe by the playground in the castle grounds. The staff are helpful and friendly, and it offers a rare spot of shade to sit and cool off. Cakes and other baked goods are great, we especially liked the Snickers brownie and lemon meringue cake. Highly recommended. So much so, we came back a few times. Also check out their active and entertaining social media feeds.

The most incredible selection of cakes and sweet treats I've seen for a long time. We discovered this place on the last day of a week's holiday last year and were gutted we only got to try one of the cakes (tempting though it was to stay all day and work our way through all of them!). So we're here again this year and plan to come as many times so we don't miss any of the goodies. Today's choice was a chocolate cheesecake donut. Genius idea and delicious beyond expectations. Lunch is lovely too, having tried the sandwiches and quiches so far. All in a lovely setting in view of the sea, castle and next to a bowling green. Very highly recommended.

Best coffee and food in Beaumaris! Nowhere was quite hitting the spot until we stumbled upon Happy Valley by accident during a play at the park with the kids. It was so good we ended up visiting several more times during our holiday. Excellent customer service from friendly staff. Delicious homemade treats and lunch options. We also hired our golf clubs from here to use on the putting green. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic place to sit and eat cake, stunning views over Snowdonia, great selection of cakes and scones if you are lucky to get one. Brilliant staff, right next to Beaumaris Castle. What's not to like.
