Red Boat Ice Cream Parlour

I have visited the Red Boat over many years, it's always pleasantly crazy busy! Locally made ice creams and they change it up with their fun and interesting flavours! 🍦 I used to enjoy this place as a uni student (even when the town flooded one year at Christmas-time, they still opened, bringing a good vibe to the main street). And now years later, I bring my children here when we visit Beaumaris. They absolutely love this ice cream parlor and love colouring the little pictures hoping to have them pinned up on the wall!

Delicious ice cream! We had a variety of flavours (salted caramel, vanilla, raspberry ripple, lemon drizzle cake and hazelnut) between us and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Hazelnut was by far our favourite and so I definitely recommend it! We came in the Easter holidays and si there was almost no wait time. The staff were verg quick and friendly.

Whilst I was in Beaumaris I popped into @redboaticecreamparlour , not once or twice but three times! The choice or flavours was incredible and on a hot sunny day it was the perfect snack! Who doesn't love ice cream in the sun??? The flavours we tried were pistachio, rum and raisins, snickers, bara brith (made me then buy an actual bara brith cake), chocolate and some others that I just cannot remember! I just know they were all awesome 👌

A bit of a queue to get inside the shop in a sunny day, but worth the wait! Loads of interesting ice cream flavours to choose from and very friendly staff. They were very accommodating when I asked for something they didn't have (iced coffee- they didn't have ice apparently!) and made me something similar after suggesting a few alternatives. I tried the toffee pecan ice cream and it was delicious, with small chunks of actual toffee scattered in the dessert.
