Quaint little coffee shop in bayside Beaumaris. On a given morning, you'll see a steady stream of locals - fashionable moms with kids, the business-owner dad getting their morning boost of caffeing. The coffee is good and served promptly (mind the city pricing though, ~$4 a cup). The place seats no more than twenty inside and it does fill up in the mornings. The food is well-made with generous sizes. Expect the usual fare of sandwiches, wraps, danishes and salads. All are worth having.

Walking past and decided to buy a ham and cheese sandwich to eat at the beach. Expensive ($8.50), bread not the freshest, fillings were a bit stingy and butter not spread over the whole bread. The dogs liked the crusts which was handy because I don't like stale anything. There is another place on Beach Rd, I'll try it next time. This place has lost me over such a simple order. Don't serve yesterday's bread as fresh. If they said the bread was stale, I could have ordered toasted but instead I walked away with a very poor quality sandwich.
