The Concourse Catch

Interesting experience, I felt sorry on the day we went as only two people were working. Order took 45 mins to cook and the place was very busy and packed. Ordered the concourses pack, good deal for two flakes, four calamari rings and two potato cakes with min chips. Fish was really yummy but chips were cold and calamari rings were below average.

"Best dimsims in Melbourne" This has to be one of my favourite fish and chip shops of all time. I went recently and ordered the dimmy pack ($10) and a piece of grilled salmon ($12). The dimmy pack has 6 dimsims (steamed or fried to your taste), very generous serving of chips and comes also with a can of drink. They have a great range of other high value, high quality packs as well. On top of that they have fresh salads available. The Salmon was grilled very well and had the perfect amount of salt. The chips were nice and thick cut and the dimsims are some of the best in Melbourne in my opinion. The staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. What makes it even better is that it is only a short drive to the beach! There is also easy close by parking to boot. Overall very high quality fresh food. I would very much recommend coming here

It's a Sunday night, it's warm and after a long stroll along the beach, my beautiful date and I decided we'd get some fish and chip. I order the Flathead grilled and she ordered the Rockling. Both tasted like it was from Thursday. We thought a couple of king prawns would be yum also, they were not. The chips were good and the pinball machine is a great way to pass the time while you wait....
