Very handy position in town close to shops etc. Very good selection for a quick bite to go or lunch to eat in. Cakes and coffees surprisingly cheap. Comfortable seating area. Gets bust at times but staff are quick and helpful.

The Beccles branch of Greggs is the best one that I have visited in Suffolk. The staff are always pleasant - service with a smile. I particularly like the fact that the staff always make the effort to stir my mocha coffee sufficiently enough to stop large clumps of powder collecting at the bottom of the carton, because some other branches don't do so. I usually eat outside taking the food (usually potato wedges with a couple pots of sauce or a slice of pizza) and drink to sit down within the grounds of the nearby church. I have eaten inside Greggs whenever it rains and have been pleased to find a seat. I have enjoyed every visit so I highly recommend Greggs in Beccles to everyone.

used this Greggs two days ago. Just wanted to say i found the staff lovely. One young lady in particular who helped an elderly lady who accidently dropped her drink on the floor.The young lady got her another drink and was very concerned for her welfare.Well done and keep up the good work all of you. We do appreciate how hard you all work.
