Lovely staff who were efficient, polite and gave a sense of 'grandness'. The menu had a wide selection and was at a good price. The food was presented lovely and the portion sizes were good. Its very well located by a cinema and bars, so perfect if your wanting to watch a film or have a few drinks after. I would highly recommend visiting!
Amazing little restaurant - the food is simply amazing the best sirloin steak I've had in years ! Fresh crisp delicious salads and the cinnamon and honey pudding omg ��great staff nothing is too much trouble - will definitely return and recommend - thank you 🍽��
Love this local Turkish restaurant. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and the portions are generous. The kofte are my favourite. It's also got a comfortable vibe. It's a popular place so you'll probably need to book!

Wonderful restaurant, definitely one of our favourites locally. It's hard to single out any particular dish - everything tastes great (and we did try most of it, trust me :)). Staff is always welcoming and friendly. We have been here many times, and it has never been anything but excellent. Highly recommended!

This is my second time here and I'm never disappointed. Warm welcoming service, clean & relaxing atmosphere. The food is amazing, fresh & hot with a nice presentation. On my 1st occasion I had a 70th surprise dinner for my mother. Everyone was content with their meal & service. Highly recommended 👌🏾

Hizar Meze is a Turkish restaurant. The interior is modern & cozy. The food is delectable, but prices are on the high end side, considering that there are more established restaurants in North London that are offering more value for money. However, as fine Turkish restaurants are difficult to come by in the South, Hisar offers an enjoyable experience.
Great service, lovely food, massive portions. Ordered the set menu (dinner) which was great value, probably too much food but they generously gave us boxes to take food home. Lots of diners were regulars which is a good sign. We'll be back but probably going for smaller portions next time :)
Food was on point, very tasty, freshly made, quantity was more than reasonable just perfect we even had some left and took it away, reasonable prices, I can only recommend. Unfortunate, i do not live in London, otherwise I would have visited more often 😕. thanks for the great service.
Visited this place first during the eat out to help out covid era and again this weekend and both times it was a 10/10 for both food and customer service. Particularly love the koftes and mixed grill. Would have loved to have tried the homemade baklava but unfortunately was way too full to attempt it. They have an £18.95 set lunch menu Monday- Friday which include a starter and main course.
We went for lunch and Turkish coffee, it was all very tasty and our waiter was very accommodating, we would come back.
Lovely restaurant, a warm welcome as we came in, food was out of this world, waiters all obliging. Cleaned tables after every course, new napkin etc. Not to dear either. Will return again. Thank you all. Xx

Enjoyed such a lovely dinner at Hisar Meze Bar Beckenham tonight. The food is really very good: great olives and soft, chewy bread to start, we had incredible borek as an appetiser, alongside dolmades. The Helim plate - with the most flavourful veggies and tender bulgar wheat - was huge and delicious. Service was really charming and friendly;and the meal was excellent value. First time visiting tonight but not my last. Thank you so much Hisar Meze!
Can't believe we've never been here before. Such great food. The portions are ENORMOUS. The spices they add to all the dishes are perfectly balanced, the food is so well seasoned and cooked. I had the adana kofte and it was everything you want from that kind of kebab. The borek starter is also superbly light and flavoursome. The service was really friendly too. Very reasonably priced.
Small, intimate, professional and friendly. The best lamb ribs I've had in a long time.We did the set menu to share and was not disappointed. A selection of starters came out that could have been a feast on it's own. Then the choice of one main. My rice, ribs and salad tasted very good. Had to take some home and when I ate it the next day, I promise you it was just as good. Not dry and simply seasoned. Coming back here for sure.
