White Row Farm, Bath: Farm stop 2. 2 legs good 4 legs bad. Pigs are the feature here and you get a strong whiff of animal manure in form affirmation of farm life. It’s got the all-in’s - fresh local produce, store, cafe and a lovely outdoor garden seating when the sun bears down. Portions are massive. Kids meal suffice for an adult. Fish and chips are a must for the fish and chippers out there. #eatstylishtravelstylish
We were on the road from Stonehenge to Bristol and decided to stop at White Row Farm to eat. It was the best election!
The place is beautiful and the children can play outside. You order at the bar and they take the food to your table.
To be honest, probably the best fish and chips that I've ever tasted! Incredible.
Great cafe and restaurant, busy and buzzing even for a midweek lunch. Delicious, fresh and generous fish and chips, plus a great pan-fried salmon special. Fantastic outdoor area for the kids too.
After a long day and as Whiterow farm isn't too far away decided to go there for tea. My choice was small sausage and chips and I have to say I was very satisfied with the quality of the chips as they were crunchy and the sausages were thick and juicy, cooked very well. To drink I went with raspberry still lemonde which is very sweet and delicious. There is a good amount of seating area indoors and outdoors. The interior is pleasing to look at when ordering food.
As it was the evening the farm shop was closed but during the day there is quite a selection of local produce you can browse and for the kids there is a play area and farm animals to look at.
Overall I enjoyed being at White row farm and would definitely come back again as of the food they serve and politeness of the staff. Only drawback was the amount of Wasps near the bins

Absolutely lovely time spent here. The food was great as was the coffee. I had a mixed grill fish platter which was very nice indeed, my only complaint was the side dish of new potatoes and green beans came from the chilled counter, would have been 100% better if served hot. The beef baguettes were awesome too, as were all the staff! Well done White Row.
Always enjoy a visit to white row Farm shop, although it now seems to be very busy all the time. The cafe and fish and chip shop are great. The animals outside and kids play area are great entertainment for little ones!
Lovely farm shop with comprehensive range of top quality food. Very friendly café staff. Good place to eat too
A great day out for the family, plenty to do, plenty of options if you want to eat out and a great farm shop which is well set out with fresh fish, meat and Deli counters and lots of freshly made delicious cakes. Only downside is that at busy times it can be difficult to park. Worth a visit
Excellent farm shop and delicatessen.
Also great fish and chips in the restaurant next door.
Animals and a playground
Great farm shop ,deli ,butchers .
And a really lovely cafe which does
Gluten-free fish and chips
Quality farm cafe/restaurant. Fantastic food menu, food was very tasty. I had a full English and it was all well cooked. Service was impeccably good, interior decor was farm like and well maintained. Prices are good value, definitely recommend this place to anyone including vegetarians.
Great farm shop and the food is delicious the burger was delicious and the bacon is the best I have had highly recommend to anyone
We met some friends here for Sunday lunch, have driven past lots of times but never gone in.. until now.
We all had a roast (including the kids) and it was absolutely amazing. I have to say it was one of the best roasts I have ever had, the meat was tender, the vegetables were tasty and the Yorkshire pudding was nice and crispy. Perfect and not too expensive. Everyone's plate was empty at the end! The food is all sourced from the farm or locally and you can tell.
It was extremely busy while when we arrived (about 1:30) but we managed to get a table (you can't book). By 2:30 it had gotten a little quieter.
Aside form the great food there is play park for the kids and some animals, pigs, donkeys, rabbit and llamas for the kids to pet.
There are also a couple of shops which we were hoping to look around - but by the time we had finished our food - both were shut, I've since found out they shut at 2pm on Sundays, which seems odd as there were lots of people still at the café and I'm sure they would have got some extra business.
Farm shops/cafes are definitely 'in' at the moment and judged solely on food - this one is recommended
A lovely working farm with a farm shop, cafe, fish and chips, play park and outside seating.
Generally a bussy spot but a nice one. It wasn't too crowded for brunch today and we easily found a table outside. Ordering was simple, you queue then are called into the cafe to order.
The menu has a reasonable selection, perhaps a little over priced, but food seems nice and fresh.
I had a ham ploughman's which came with a nice warm crusty roll, loads of chutney (which was very nice), plenty of great ham, a whole pickle, a picked onion, a decent portion of coleslaw but only a tiny amount of salad; my other halfs panini had more salad on the side! Incidentally, she had pulled pork and said it was good.
Definitely worth a stop. We'll likely go again but I'm not sure I'd have a ploughman's again without asking for more salad. Maybe we'll test some of their lovely looking cakes instead.
