Excellent Thai food and cuisine; the portions are large, delicious and a service with a smile. I was treated to this fine dinning experience by my husband; so ladies I would recommend that you get your fella to treat you to the best Thai food in Bedford! Just had lunch here with a friend. Delicious food, great value lunchtime menu, friendly efficient service and a beautifully decorated interior. I loved that they were playing traditional oriental music in the background as well! The chef came out to ask if our food was ok. My friend said hers was a bit too spicy to eat and the chef quickly made adjustments so that she was happy. Everything was great, will definitely return! Thank you Tana Thai!
Visited this AMAZING restaurant this evening hoping it would live up to a delightful Thai restaurant. I was defiantly not disappointed and was so impressed with the food. The food was fragrant and tasty. The atmosphere was relaxed with beautiful decor. The staff had excellent customer service skills and very welcoming !!! Then as we had ordered the set menu we became very full by the time the dessert came, so they bagged it up with our leftover food and let us take it away ( I think this is a winner) Tana Thai was a overall success and I will DEFIANTLY be a returning customer �
Had a takeaway from Tana Thai last night and it was excellent. Real authentic Thai dishes and good size portions. Sometimes food does not taste so good as a takeaway but it was lovely. Recommend the chicken Pad Thai and the stir fried Morning Glory. Gaeng Massaman was also delicious.
20% off for takeaway made it superb value. This place is going to give other Thai restaurants in Bedford and Kempston a real run for their money.

It's hard to find a good Thai restaurant in Bedford and we've tried quite a few since moving here. We weren't really sure What to expect but we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The food tastes fresh and full of flavour just like what we were used to in Thailand. The dishes are cooked when ordered and they were able to accommodate my request for no fish or oyster sauce �. Will absolutely be going back and looking forward to trying more of the menu! �

Simply wonderful - the food was delicious, possibly the nicest Thai food I’ve had outside of Asia and the portion sizes were big!
Absolutely brilliant Thai restaurant, great food and service.
Had a lovely meal with the wifey. Would go again in the future. Service was really good. We originally ordered some noodles but it was a bit too spicy but they were happy to remake it to be more mild. Food tasted fantastic.

My previous experience dining at Tana Thai was nothing short of faultless and second to none in both service and the quality of authentic Thai food served. So I had high expectations for my second visit and was not left disappointed. We ordered the Thai experience for 2 for £27, which in my opinion was excellent value for money.
The staff once again were welcoming and accomodating ensuring we had an enjoyable and pleasant dining experience. Tana Thai manages to deliver a varied menu with generous portion sizes. If your looking for authentic Thai flavours with subtle flavour combinations of hot, spicy, sweet, and sour then Thana Thai gets a A+ from me every time. We will definitely back in the future.
My friend and I dined at Tana Thai for the first time tonight, we were not disappointed. We have dined at other Thai restaurants in Bedford and would certainly place Tana Thai along side the best of them for flavour and authenticity. The service from the staff was both friendly and prompt. The mixed starter for two was filling and tasty, with the Thai spring rolls certainly being the star of the show. We ordered beef in black bean sauce with egg fried rice and a mixed seafood pad thai. The beef was succulent and tender and the seafood was cooked perfectly with a mixture of crushed nuts on the side for texture. An excellent meal and excellent service, thank you.
Nice Thai restaurant. Good menu selection. I had Chicken Pad Kee Mao which was spicy and great for my palette, my daughter had Chicken Gaeng Massaman Curry which was delicious. Lots of Chicken which was very tender. They do lots of takeaway which was slowing service for those dining in it seemed.

Our first visit to Tana Thai was excellent. The food and service were both outstanding. (Cautionary note: when a dish is described as 'very hot' it really is. I love hot and spicy food, but this was towards the upper limit of my tolerance).
Our food was served quickly by a very friendly, constantly smiling, young lady. The presentation was stunning, as were the flavour combinations. My wife's Massaman curry was tweaked to add a bit extra spice - delicious!
Good value, a really tasty meal and great service will definitely tempt us to return.
Brilliant place, really lovely service from the minute we have entered until we have left. The atmosphere was really cosy, right vole of music and lighting.

Went here because of the reviews and we weren't disappointed. Really good friendly staff, ample parking and the best part - the food! The Tom Yum soup was simply divine and the noodles were great too. I had the pad kee Mao, which was full of flavour. All my colleagues were full of praises too. Reasonably priced and it was busy for a Wednesday night - which is always a good sign I guess. We are not from Bedford and really glad that we came across this place.
Forgive the bright purple exterior and you will have an amazing meal here. The food and service was top class. I had special ribs which were delicious and a decent size starter portion and it was a treat to have some Thai desserts on the menu too, banana fritters were awesome!
My partner and I aim to do a date night once a month at a non chain restaurant and keep it a surprise from the other. This was my choice and to be truly honest, this place was absolutely amazing! Really friendly staff, stunning interior and the food was just amazing!
Got to say cracking meal and although small ( I think they are looking to expand) they make awesome Thai food and their special teas are great.

Having travelled through Thaland it is refreshing to at last find an authentic Thai restaurant in Bedford. From the food which is freshly cooked, very tasty with original favours you would expect from a local street vendor, to the music. The decour has some great Thai touches. Freindly staff, nice to meet the owner/chef.
