Incredible food! Amazing service, the man who runs it was so busy yet so friendly and didn’t show his stress of running a busy Cafe on his own. I honestly couldn’t recommend it anymore! AMAZING!!

If you're looking for "best of Bedford" make a small effort and come here to Mill Yard! Everything is delicious, the food the coffee and all in privacy!!

Lovely little cafe.
I had a great iced coffee and fruit scone and my friend had a latte and a sausage and bacon bap. Everything was delicious and especially the illy coffee.
The guy who served us was very friendly, possibly the owner?
The toilet was nice and clean.
We can't wait to return to this gem!

We had a lovely breakfast at The Mill Yard Coffee Lounge this morning. I had a bacon and egg sandwich and my husband had scrambled eggs. Both freshly cooked, hot and quality ingredients used (Woburn bacon)
Gentleman was friendly and chatty when he seated us

An excellent coffee shop in a walkway between buildings. The owner and staff always have a smile on their faces, offering a chuckle with every customer coming in for refreshments. The regular customers are always friendly and offer a good chat if you are looking for one.

Good coffee and delicious sandwiches. The decor is super cosy and bright. The place is a little too cold for this weather. The service was friendly but seemed a little distant. There are various types of sandwiches to try, mind...they are quite expensive. I find it difficult not to recommend this place, but if you're looking for a cheap eat. This ain't it.

In my opinion this is the No. 1 cafe in Bedford. Fab breakfasts and amazing cakes. Also went to a recent Italian food evening and had the best lasagne. Excellent service and value too.
Not appearing on TripAdvisor due to technical problems but don't let that put you off.

What a lovely place.
I heard it was recently taken over, so thought I’d pop in and try it.
The cake selection is amazing. And the staff are really friendly.
I will be coming back again!
They’ve started a Late Lounge themed nights - can’t wait to try one of them.
