I love going here. Food is always delicious and served reasonably quickly. Staff are always welcoming and super helpful. Always recommend to anyone.
Been a year or so since visiting any Waga, put off by the negative post take over comments. Based on my visit today though all was good. Attentive service for a change (albeit we were early) and lots of vegan options (even if the Vegatsu never has enough sauce). Its not cheap, but as a treat ok.
The location is good the service was adequate and the food was as usual you pay a lot for not a lot. £150 for noodles and rice it's not cheap the starter were probably the highlight of the meal, there you go order the starters there then go to the pizza place around the corner if you want to eat and
Really good place by the river and among other restaurants.
Tasty dishes as usual and enjoyed every bit of it.
Even though I am ok using chopsticks sometimes I need a spoon to get last bit of rice on the plate.
Little disappointed that there were no cutlery on the table.

Nice place in nice location. It's clean and tidy. However, dear waiter - when you serve at a table - please put my cutlery on a napkin. And why I have to ask about a napkin at all? That's only a detail but it can spoil whole visit. One more thing: the lights in yours bathroom are not bright enough.
Placed an order online for delivery the food arrived quickly/was still hot and very tasty.
The service and atmosphere of this place is amazing.
We had a large party and ordered about 16 appetizers and the waitress was phenomenal and very patient with us.
My only gripe is that I felt the Ramen was just average and the vegetables were not diced uniformly.
Well Wagamama what can I say, as always the food is top notch with a busy atmosphere and lovely restaurant overlooking the embankment. Only slipping point was service, trying to get the attention of staff to order deserts was almost impossible. They seemed to look away as soon as you tried to catch
Service was slow and didn't get my drink with everyone else. Food was good, and enjoyed that, and pudding. Atmosphere was great.
Nice place with good food; manager served us due to allergy order which was reassuring. Good view of the river lights at night 👌

Location is amazing. Welcoming was very slow. The restaurant is clean, the staff are good and the menu is simple. The teppaniaki here is amazing. The fresh juices are also amazing!!! Prices are moderate.
Wow!!! Ive not been for a while but tbh the food was amazing as I remembered and the service was on point.. not hassled at all and left to enjoy my food and drink. The food is all cooked fresh and the taste was sublime.. had pulled pork gyoza to start and wow u have to try these!!! They r like heave
