Great place for evening outing. Fully booked and had to use the bar session. Used beefeater for years and had my fav - mixed grill for a birthday retreat

It was a nice change to be seated straight away, order taken promptly, and food served within a reasonable time. I hate being made to wait just to make you buy more alcohol. Service was good, food was above average pub grub and the pub was quite clean and tidy. Except for the toilets!

I liked it especially because it is situated within the Priory Country Park and there is a good walking route available to exercise off the extra calories you've just eaten 😀 The food was good what I would expect from the Beefeater chain. Good food at reasonable prices, usually have a couple of decent real ales. Large garden in quiet surroundings and a country park to walk around makes this a great venue to head to on a sunny day.

Superb service. Great breakfast. poor acoustics makes it noisy. The coffee machine is rather slow they could do with two working machines during busy periods

Went for unlimited breakfast. Food lovely. Kids ate free. Service very good. Clean. No queues. Value for money.

Had many good experiences in this place but the last time we went it was completely full and the bar was queueing out of the door so we just left. Not all of the outside tables were full so I think with a bit better organisation they could have served more people. Still it's not their fault we didnt

Food was ok, it is standard fare, orange juice and soda, was excellent. The person who accompanied me was wearing retainers. These were wrapped in a tissue and put on the table. The waitress cleared the table, including the retainers. The staff searched through the rubbish and found the retainers. H

Lovely food. Monday lunchtime and drink service was very slow. 1 person in front of me getting 2 drinks yet I was in queue for 15 minutes before being served even though there was 2 barmaids !!! ...so bit of a worry how long you would wait if place was busy.
