Never open on time, always running out of breakfast and customer service ok at best. It's still better then the one around the corner on a good note.

Ok so I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this small shop really is. Sometimes, you have a horrible day, and then all you want is a good sandwich. You may begin to wonder, then, should I go to Subway or should I go to TESCO's and get one of dem fridge sandwiches that for some reason always taste like cardboard. See, Greggs is not about that. Greggs is all about quality, and delivering you a wonderfully made sandwich that is nothing but TASTE. If what you want is some heavenly goodness on your taste buds after a day of work, or whatever it is that you did that day, Greggs is the place for you! As a matter of fact, on my very last day of secondary school, when I finished my last exam, the first thing that popped into my fried brain from all of dem GCSE exams was, gee what that Greggs do with that ham and cheese warmed up sandwhich. I headed straight there and asked the nice person at the counter for the sandwich and said please and thank you (as always, you do have to be polite and that), and in less than two or three minutes there it was. A sandwhich that smells like heaven itself, fresh as a morning dew (only without the gross taste of dew on grass, don't try it). So yeah I would say Greggs is a place of culture. Without Greggs, Bedford itself would not be the city it is today. Back in 1994 when this store was first opened, was when the town really turned around in terms of its infrastructure. The quality of the streets as well as the schools and crime in Bedford were not particularly up to standard when compared to, gee I don't know, Peterborough maybe. Once Greggs was built, however, the ever increasing hunger of the people was finally satisfied, and with that, many of the modern problems of this small town sort of just went away. So do indeed pop down to Greggs and you will surely be treated right. I assure you, it is better than most experiences on this Earth, including seeing your first-born child leave your partner's woumb, visiting Jersualem or having the best intercourse of your life. 5/5 STARS.

Yum! Who doesn't love a good Gregg's sausage roll, even the vegans can have their cake and eat it with the addition of the new (but still tasty) vegan sausage roll. There's usually a queue at peak times, but the wait is never too long. Staff are friendly.

I love Greggs sausage rolls and steak slices, especially when they are warm. Coffee is great too. Biggest surprise is the vegan sausage rolls. They are good. Friendly staff, great food on the go and tempting choices.

I like Greggs food hot or cold depending on the weather, especially love their sausage rolls warmed. Greggs cakes and breads always taste fresh unlike some other baker's. Good food to take on traveling although most of their warmed food leaves plenty of crumbs it's a great way of feeding birds and suchlike small animals.
