Food was good, like really tasty and not too over priced
Staff where a little pushy when it came to an issue that arose - other half ordered something and they didn't have it, lady came over to us, without a menu to consult and basically said "Well what do you want?" And once ordered after a panic, they gave my other half the wrong cheese that she specifically ordered

Pleasant setting and clean. The staff are great - Warm, friendly and chatty. The more I go, the more I like the place. The food is great, the same as any other GBK restaurant. Their milkshakes are better than any offered dedicated dessert establishments in the town. Ask them to mix you up a chocolate and peanut butter one. Delicious! But warning - It's practically a meal replacement!

I really like this burger place.. when I'm in Bedford I try and have lunch here. Its not to over crowded, the food is great and the staff are super. The manager has done well.

Amazing food and service, really loved the whole experience. I will recommend not taking your 93 year old Grandmother there who has never had a burger. But everyone else in my family loved it and I was recommended to go by a friend too. Well worth it.

After about half a dozen visits GBK has been consistently good. The burgers are actually interesting with decent flavours, and it’s great that they are not just beef burgers too. Lamb, chicken beef and veggie. ( try the Herman the lamb !)
The sides are good, and the unlimited refill botanical dizzies are damn good- fresh, tasty and interesting.
Service is always friendly and pretty quick.
The decor is a kind of vaguely hipster style but I do love the toilets which isa pretty weird thing to say about a restaurant, but check them out for a simple but effective set up.
The other nice bit is the peanuts to nibble while you wait - grab a little glass of them when you order. It would be better if they did popcorn as well for the allergic. Not visited on a mega busy evening but most places get slower then.
Overall good, clean,quick, tasty and hassle free.

Nice new restaurant on the new Riverside North development. The restaurant looks modern and up to date, and the burger was excellent. The staff at the till were friendly and helpful, however, I wasn't aware that the main counter for takeaways was around the corner.

Newly opened restaurant, great service this time. Last time we went we waited a while before being greeted but the waitress was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Liked that we were given a choice of where to sit as often they decide for you. Great burgers and not too busy for lunchtime. Will definitely be going back to this GBk. Milkshakes are amazing as well.
