Overcharged (made it large without asking), meal contents wrong (side wrong) and the food was disgusting (cold soggy chips, undercooked chicken and burger looks like it was taken out of a bin and served cold). Just terrible!
I've never seen anything skimped on this much, they should be ashamed. Certainly not enough to qualify as a meal let alone a 'Boneless Banquet'. One of my 'mini fillets' was more batter than chicken and the food was lukewarm at best.
Chips were cold, very limited drink options. No water. Bathrooms had no toilet paper and stank. The chicken itself was fine but everything else was decent at best.
Thought of a unique place to enjoy lunch break with my colleagues and KFC Bedford was the closest. Order was quick, service was great and we all had our fill. Safe to say it was worth every penny 😂
Very good service and fast turn around. The food is good and my order has always been correct. They have space to eat in or take away and I really enjoyed my visit there.
Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for the wrong cold order. Worse KFC ever!
The absolute worst kfc i have ever been to. Awful service and a whole range of things wrong. I was given a warm pepsi max, in a can, instead of the run of the mill drink in a cup with ice, with size options. A reduced menu, with products not available. Dirty tables. Dirty toilet. Dreadful experiance
do not recommend. food is stone cold and i have 10 chips and 2 items missing. very disappointed.
