Posados Cafe

This place is really delicious. I typically visit the one in mesquite but this one is better! I love their queso and tortillas. The chips are crispy and the salsa is really good. I order everything. I like the enchiladas and chimi most. I wouldn't get the fajita meat for the primo menu items. The chicken has grill marks but I don't notice any difference from regular chicken. Especially not for the increased price. The soppapillas here are really delicious! Puffed up enough to get honey inside. Soft little pillows. I will be coming back to this one instead of Mesquite. The fries with the kid items are delicious! And just in case management reads this: all of your rose bushes are diseased. It's highly contagious. Rose rosette disease. You need to pull them all out. They look like creepy alien bushes with all of that diseased growth and insane thorns.

This place has great food. I thought a little over priced until I got my meal. I ordered the cancun which had one cheese enchilada, one chili relano with your choice of ground beef, chicken or cheese, your choice or refried beans, or charro, and rice. The cancun was a much smaller dish on the menu. I was very pleased

My mom and I went here yesterday for a late dinner and enjoyed our experience. We were warmly greeted and shown to a table. They quickly brought out delicious chips and salsa and we were handed menus. I loved that the chips were super thin and the salsa had just enough heat and spice that made me want to keep eating more and more. They offered to bring out more, but I had to stop myself as I knew I would not have enough room for my meal and that was so the case! I decided on their chipotle chicken bowl with all beans for my meal and I was already stuffed by the time I got to the fifth bite. It was so good! The chicken was tender and spicy and I loved that there was an awesome mix of avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and onions. It was super hearty and it will easily be my meal for the next few days. The Posado is not a super fancy place, but the food is delicious and made me get the good itis quickly. I definitely will be back!

I live very close to this restaurant and I tried it for the first time today. I found their chips to be very light and excellent among the best I've ever had. The salsa is plain without any bite. I liked it, but I prefer a little more Heat. I got the luncheon fajitas. Beef fajitas run like $12. I felt like it look like I didn't have too much meat when I first got it, but with little management I was able to make it last for four tortillas. It had a few extras such as mushrooms and garlic butter. I did not realize that the setups for extra and it cost me over $16. You can get dinner fajitas for maybe an extra buck. This is not a good deal. They do have lunch specials from $6.99. Other places have something similar for $4.9 9. I tried a couple their drinks such as are mango margarita for $4.99 which is pretty good. Overall except for the cost which for me ran about $26 plus tip, it wasn't bad. As I am currently without a car and had to walk I will return.

My wife, 2 others and I (all senior citizens) ordered from the discount menu. My wife had a crunchy taco and a tamale. I had a soft taco and a taco. The food was decent but not spectacular. I think the restaurant is popular at lunchtime but we were for dinner and it was not crowded at all. There is ample parking and it is easy to get to the restaurant.
